I wanted to go to Thailand to check their beauty products since it is so promising, so nung uuwi ang Thai colleague ko gusto ko magpabili sa kanya but then he said na nakapunta na raw siya ng factory ng beauty products dun pare pareho lang binibilhan nila and they are just putting it in a labeled container, kaya sabi sa akin Thai colleague ko na hindi din niya ma vouch beauty products ng Thailand, just do not know how true is this..

Hello mga sis! Update lang about BN whitening shoppe sa farmers cubao.. Nadismaya ako kasi last month pa pala sila wala na dun, ibang skin care shoppe na ang nagrenta nun kiosk.. 😣
Then para naman di sayang ang punta ko bumili na lang ako ng product nila.sachet lang muna binili ko. HUMMINGPLUS yung brand. Ito yun mga binili ko. Iresearch ko muna kung gano kaepektib yun products..

- green tea peeling gel (php100/sachet)
-whitening makeup base (php100/sachet) --small bottle of flower whitening lotion (php150)

But so far yung ginagamit ko for my pimples for 3 days na ay yung home remedy na honey+calamansi, pinapahid ko sa pimples at scars lalo na pag gabi.
Kung ako ang tatanungin EPEKTIB yun remedy sakin kasi natuyo yung 2 pimples ko na namamaga prior to using the honey remedy at scar na lang talaga ang problema ko..

Spot Corrector from The Faceshop is super effective. I've been using it for years na and kada malapit na maubos, bili na ko reserba ko. Usually overnight tuyo talaga yung pimple. I only get 1 or 2 pimples everytime malapit na ko magkaron. Ayaw ko lang yung zits na hindi lumalabas yung pus, kahit umimpis sya nagkakaron ako ng pimple mark.

^bumili ako nito kanina kasi napadaan kami saSM bf...P395. Not bad. As long na gagana!yung tea tree oil ng Body Shop wa epek sakin. Angmahal pa nman ng 10ml. 425 din yun eh!

Meron pero very light or mababw lang, matatanggal din ng whitening creams or night cream mo agad agad, unlike ibang pimple marks na malalim.

Epiduo Gel (Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide Gel )is probably the most effective product na na-try ko for my pimples.  The price (php1200+) is a bit steep nga lang for its size but worth it naman. I never needed to buy a second tube.

sis  tischarmedlife pag sa chin nag labasan ang acne more likely hormonal imbalance yan kaya ako kahit hindi ko need ang pills I am still taking it and it takes time para mag balance at least a year..

oo nga sis. I stopped the pills na kase I noticed medyo affected ang sex drive ko sa pills.  Kaso grabe na naman ang breakouts ko, kaya bumili na ko ulit ng pills

^^ hi sis. Please reconsider the risks of taking birth control pills as a treatment for acne.. I know it is a personal choice but I am concerned. A lot of articles I read say that taking OCP causes adverse effects on our body. Allow me to share this (not to cause scare, but to promote awareness)

By the way I am  not a health professional.  I was diagnosed with  PCOS two years ago and my OB suggested that I take the pills.

Pero I did research first  and after doing a lot of reading,I decided not to take pills as a long term treatment for PCOS. Once lang ako nagpills( I finished one pack of Diane 35) and that was because my menstruation wouldn?t stop. But if you want to take pills for acne treatment, I believe there are better options out there.

I used to have a lot of pimples also on my chin. But making adjustments on my diet  (avoidng dairy products, processed food) and lifestyle (ex.getting enough sleep) really helped a lot.
Plus with the help of some effective skin care products (ex.,Cosrx BHA blackhead power liquid), you can control acne. 🙂

^ditto. One of the reasons why i never considered taking [textspeak!] pills. Yun longterm effect nyan eh para mong nilalason ang katawan mo. Kung kayang pumatay ng fertilized egg e much more yung me ari nung katawan diba..
Bili na lang ako ng kung ano-anong cosmetic products or home remedy, paderma, etc. Basta external meds lang for pimple treatment ko.
 Tapos maya-maya magpapa-gluta IV no hehe 😬😬

I used to have PCOS that's why I took pills for years then tumigil na nga ako kase treated na PCOS ko. Ayaw ko na rin talaga sana mag-pills because of the effect it has on my sex drive, pati si hubby affected na 

Siguro mag-stick na lang ako sa oral glutathione kase sabi nila it helps getting rid of the toxins, I just need to take it regularly.

Wa epek din sakin ang Spot Corrector ng The Face Shop. 😕 kaya ayoko na muna magbili ng kung ano-ano. Yung honey pa rin talaga sa tingin ko ang gumagana to alleviate the swelling..
Pero in fairness pagka-apply ko overnight e ngflatten kinabukasan. Pero nagrelapse siguro dahil sa stress..
May 2 akong pimples isa sa nose at sa ilalim ng eyebrow (imagine pati dun tinubuan ako!) Pinabayaan ko lang. Di ko pinansin at ayun kusa na lang natuyo. I think pag pinoproblema ko ang isang pimple o pinaproblema lagi e mas lumalala.. Saka enough sleep talaga at break from stressful situation.. 😊
Ngayon, yung blemishes na naman ang prob ko. Pero yaan ko na nga lang. May concealer naman ako na mahal ko nabili. Kaya so far nalelessen ang visibility kundi man totally maiconceal. 😊

^Nakakainis no sis. Yung tipong ang dami mo ng nabili na products pero hindi parin effective sayo. I know how it feels. Waste of money and all. Minsan dun ka lalo ma sstress kapag hindi effective kasi isisipin mo sayang yung pera lalo na kung mahal mo nabili. Hayy... Medyo ok na skin ko compare before pero meron parin tumutubo na mga blackheads sa forehead ko and i think dahil yun sa pagka oily ng Tzone area ko.

Kaya kanina bumili ako ng moisturizer ng Clarins. My god ang mahal 32euro. Dyos ko. Ang tagal ko na rin hindi bumibili ng mga products simula ng nag work sa akin yung Aztec. Kasi ang dami ko na nasayang na pera. Nakakapagod na. Pero yung oiliness andyan parin. Yung acne marks madali nalang i-cover ng concealer pero i want my old skin back. 🙁 yung tipong powder foundation lang with medium coverage ok na. Ngayon gamit ko lahat full coverage. Kaloka.🙄

When I was in my early 20s ang clear ng skin ko. Super. Then when I turned 27, dun na sila nagsimulang magsulputan. I was so depressed talaga. Until now, there are some scars na naiwan and hindi na talaga bumalik yung dating pagkaflawless ng skin ko. Although di naman grabe sa akin, basta pang may makain akong sweets (lalo pag uminom ako ng coke and juices), as well as milk, dun ko napapansin na nagsusulputan sila. Ngayong buntis ako, super basic lang regimen ko and hindi ako makapagpahid ng kung ano ano. During my 1st trimester, di ko mapigilan ang uminom ng coke, so ayan dumami sila. Now on my 2nd tri, nawala naman na kasi paminsan minsan na lang tumitikim ng soda, pero naiwan yung mga pigmentations. Frustrated talaga ako. Haaay. Bakit ngayong tumanda ako tsaka naman nagmessed up ang skin ko. Balak ko pagkapanganak ko, papaderma ako and seseryosohin ko ang balik alindog program. Haha.

There are still things you can do to improve your skin during pregnancy. Basta choose all natural skin care products that are safe for pregnant women.  Avoid retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone.

Uu nga sis! sayang ang pera no hehe..minsan ART OF DEDMA lang pala ang gamot sa pimples eh hehe.. Wag pansinin para di mamaga o dumami.. Idivert ang attentiin sa ibang bagay. Pakabusy. Keber na kung may pumansin na may pimples ka hehe..

Ayun so far mag-1week na akong pimple-free.. Kasi nagscrub din ako ng asian secrets na nabili ko pa last year. Siguro yung dead skin cells din nagtitrigger ng breakouts. Then pinalitan ko na ulit yun dove baby ng DOVE SENSITIVE. As in unscented sya. then yun panghuli na nilalagay ko sa face ko ay yun hummingplus na whitening lotion, hoping na maglighten ang pimple marks. Sana magtuluy-tuloy na to! Kaya lang babalik na ulit kami sa manila.. Baka may magsulputan na namang pimples.. Wag naman sana! 😬😬

Hindi naman bawal ang coke kapag pregnant ka. I?ve asked my OB about this. Even my mommy friends they had coke naman. Basta wag lang sobra. Ang problem lang nagtritrigger talaga ng pimples sa akin ang coke. Oo, kaso ang hirap talagang humanap ng compatible na skin routine kapag buntis ka. Kaya stick to basic muna ako.
