For those who wants to try pills for acne but are scared, you might want to check out Spearmint capsules. So far working for me... not as good as the pills, but safer and manageable.

I am taking Trust Pills for my acne ang effect to balance my hormones is one year, ika- 1 year ko na ngayon lang talaga medyo tumigil sumulpot ang pimples.

Grabe 32 na ako, pero ito pa din main problem ko sa face ko. Yung dapat focus na ako sa anti-aging pero anti-acne pa din ako.  Lalo na ngayon ang init ay naglalabasan talaga sila.

Night      - Celeteque facial wash / Olay regenerist facial wash (scrub)

                - GT Bleaching cream

^^  what is your skin type sis? Or have you checked with your OB? It can also be hormonal, especially if you?re having breakouts sa chin area..

mine was until 38yrs old pero parang nagdadalaga pa rin kung magka acne so took pills to balance hormones now balanced na but I still take pills,

Alin ba mas effective for acne marks? Clinque or Kheils? Eto nalang ang problema ko now. I want to get rid of those marks on my forehead. Yung Klairs daw mabagal daw ang effect. Gusto ko yung kita agad ang result. Hahaha  Any recommendations?

I have stopped taking Althea pills dahil sabi ng OB ko, wala na raw ako PCOS pero in less than 2 months of doing so, my acne and pimples are flaring up! Ang dami ko sa chin grabe  Mukhang kailangan ko talaga ituloy tuloy lang ang pills para walang breakouts na ganto karami. Nakakaiyak lang kase I'm in my late twenty's na pero ito na naman ang problema ko

Pinapahid ko siya sa buong face ko. Pero sobrang konting konting cream lang kasi nagbabalat face ko pag napadami.

sis  tischarmedlife pag sa chin nag labasan ang acne more likely hormonal imbalance yan kaya ako kahit hindi ko need ang pills I am still taking it and it takes time para mag balance at least a year..

sis, hindi ba mas naging active yung pimples kapag gumamit vit. c? okay lang sya gamitin kapag may active pimple?

pimple marks din kasi problem ko 

sis di ko sure, pero vit C kasi una ko nagamit sa 3 yun, and medyo na-notice ko na yung difference
pero nagkakaron pa din pa-isa/dalawa

My friend suggested Bio oil for pimple marks. So i bought one yesterday. Gusto ko sana i try yung Clinque for dark spots kaya lang ang mahal 110euro. Pano kung hindi mag work sayang ang pera. Hay when will this end. Hahaha

@lalee888 - BN means Bianco Naranjo, sis. 2 or 3 years ago nadiscover ko siya dito sa GT, marami rin naging users nyan na GTalkers. Ever since, naging fan ako ng soap nila kasi I had a massive breakout before, yan lang ang nakatanggal talaga. Until nagsawa ako at gumamit ng mga commercialized soaps and creams, waley eh, iba parin talaga ang effect saakin. I usually buy my stash sa shop nila sa Farmers Cubao. Sinasadya ko talaga kahit malayo sa place ko. Pwede rin naman umorder online kaso namamahalan lang ako sa SF.

@lesters_gal - Ooh interesting yan sis. May Bio oil din ako dito na maliit pero this is for prevention of stretchmarks naman since preggy ako. Balitaan mo kami kung effective sa pimple marks. Takot ko pa gamitin sa face eh.

Prob ko nga din yun 2 pimple marks sa left cheek ko.. siguro magtry ako ng kojic whitening cream then ipahid ko sa spot lang na yun para maglighten at pumantay ang kulay..

Buti pa kayo. I'm in the US so can't try it. But marami din naman alternative options dito so can't complain. But that BN thing does sound amazing!
