hi just wanna share with you my experience in applying UK Visa.

wala talaga sa plan ko to apply, but since officemate ko need nya travel buddy at may approved visa na din sya kaya nakapagapply ako.

i was hesitant to apply kasi wala pa akong US visa, karamihan ng travel ko asian countries - china, japan & korea, though i have been granted ng multiple entry visa sa japan and korea but still di pa ako ganun kaconfident mag apply ng UK visa.

Last 22 Aug after my trip from korea, maaga ako pumunta sa VFS office to submit my requirements, mejo late ako but somehow i was relieved na  makita na may queue, then nagkaaberya sa system kasi mga nagpasched ng 22 Aug nadivert sched nila to 25 Aug, kaya kahit late ako dumating ok naman.

so, i was given a checklist and a number, then kinuha mga requirements ko, sabi sa akin 15 days daw processing, they only confirmed  mga visa ko na puro asian lang. i did the biometrics, mejo tumagal lang ng konti kasi si angeline quinto na sa vip lounge.

last sat 30 Aug have received an email message:Your visa will be despatched shortly.  Passports can be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 working days unless advised, it will be returned by courier or have paid an additional courier fee. This is an automated "no reply" message. UKVI

Sana nga i was granted UK visa.. i am still crossing my fingers..

I'm trying to submit my application for a travel date of dec 19, all dates until december is booked? even 2015 walang available dates anyone experienced this?

Has anyone received an email that says " your decision will be dispatched shortly" but got a visa.  That's what we received, and im scared that we might have been denied the visa if this is the email that we received.

^sa pagreresearch ko 2years ago always positive kapag ang email ay "your visa will be despatched shortly".. in any case comply with the documents nalang sis if hindi granted pwede naman magre-apply. They state it why they didn't grant.

Thank you Lord! We were all granted a visa. Habol namin ang schengen para makapag- france pa kame. Nov 1 ang travel date namin. Kailangan ko na mag back read para sa itinerary  namin.

Yes sis. Nakakatakot kase yung succeeding email says: Dear ×××× ,
The processed visa application for GWF reference number -  ×××× was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 10/22/2014 2:43 PM .
Tapos instructions  on how to collect the docs we submitted.  Ang vague pa rin so hanggang kagabe kinakabahan ako.

pero good thing ok na! 1week to go mapaprocess ba agad yung Schengen??

^did you mean sis apply ulit visa for 2nd time; 1st time was granted? If yes, then yes, i still sent all requirements.

usually you take ielts then look for your school, qualifications, and approval then apply visa. Ready your cash for school fees and visa fees plus plane tickets and accommodation. More or less 500k to 750k? to a million.

never think of working while going to school because less or no more school offers 10hrs for a week and you won't even survive the expenses for that.

^^ Yes, please check the website. It is pretty detailed. I know there is also an interview, might be wrong though.

I renewed my visa and got another 2 years. Nakakainis lang, I was trying to book an appointment from abroad and I can't get any appointment dates but then I contacted an agency and they said that they can get me an appointment with an added fee.

I brought this up with VFS when I submitted my application but they don't know daw why pero they know naman the escorts of the agencies.

sa tingin niyo po magkakaproblema sa Visa application namin ng wife ko if hindi namin idedeclare na magtatravel kami ng sabay?

kasi yung wife ko po mauunang magapply for tourist visa kasi ako po for tier 2 work visa po kasi ako and nagaantay pa po ako ng COS.

mga sis, pwede kaya itong itinerary confirmation from PAL? Pending status lang sya kase di ko pa sya nabayaran. At automatic canceled na sya pag di ko nabayaran.
