Personally I have tried Phentermine 37.5 mg for losing weight. I think it's the best appetite suppressant (I'm saying this because I have tried other types and didn't work as Phen). sa drugstore mercury lang meron but with prescription medyo pricey sya duromine brand.. i found someone selling sa olx na doctor from pgh adipex P naman yung name ng brand.. tho cheaper hindi ko pa na try mag order.. i got sick so i had to stop muna since i had to take other medications..

Trying to be on a diet again kasi I've gained again the pounds I lost from year 2013.  2 years naman bago ko na-gain ulit. Wala kasi kong space to workout kasi nagbedspace ako ngayon plus medyo di safe sa akin going home late para mag-gym kaya totally walang workout. Calorie counting lang muna ko. Hindi masyadong strict kaya I need appetite suppressant kasi di mapigilan ang craving sa food. tried slimaluma. 4th day na..I don't think it works as appetite supressant for me pero Friday ang last weigh ko, then I took slimaluma starting Saturday. On the 4th day naman, I've lost 2 lbs. I am not sure if it's due to slimaluma but I am only eating nestle fitnesse with non-fat milk sa evening. Breakfast and lunch half rice each.

I tried kilo off kaso one box lang. I still have another here and yung juice nila. Plano ko sana na mag exercise muna for a week before I take it para at least mas makaburn. Supposedly nakakasupress sya ng appetite pero sa case ko parang hindi. Or baka matakaw lang talaga ako. hehe

sis, parang walang effect yan sakin although hindi ako nag add ng weight,
i think i need supresant, kasi takaw ko kumain , lahat looks yummy, pati si bf yummy na rin, naku baka makagat ko.
