just want to help here regarding losing weight, i almost hit 70 kilos from 45 kilos, what i can advise to those people na gusto pumayat.
1st - determination, yes kailangan naka set ang mind mo sa goal mo, kailangan until in the end is mapanindigan mo yung goal mo.
2nd - discipline, you should know when to stop na, kailangan kung ano lang yung kailangan ng katawan mo yun lang kakainin mo.
