natry ko dati yung sa GNC. nakalimutan ko lang yung product. pero feeling ko naman nagwork kahit konti. kasi di ako nagutom agad agad. pero nagstop ako kasi nabasa ko mga reviews na hindi safe gamitin yung product. :-(

For 2 weeks now nag ta-take ako ng Garcinia Cambogia from GNC. Hindi ako ganon ka gutom pero pa minsan na gugutom pa din ako or minsan iniisip ko na lang din kasi na kelangan ko kumain. No breakfast ako tapos medyo heavy na lunch tapos light dinner before 6pm. Lumiit na belly ko sabi ni hubs lumiliit na daw ako pero nababagalan ako sa result siguro kasi wala din ako exercise kaya nababagalan ako.

hello girls!! today is my first day of taking Vitapack Slimaluma, so far so good! no food cravings, hopefully it will work for me.

Naintriga ako sa bee sexy na yan ah... parang gusto ko rin itry.

sa mga naghahanap ng reductil here, yes it is banned already but you can try duromine. it is similar to reductil. I lost a lot of weight with it when I tried it before but parang naging immune na ata ako so I am trying a different product for appetite suppresant.

Im on my 7th day sa BEE SEXY. So far so good in terms of suppressing my appetite. No cravings talaga and wala talaga gana kumain. To think na i consider myself na high na ang dosage pagdating sa mga diet pills kase yung iba wala talaga effect na sa akin. Ang mahirap talaga i suppress ang appetite ko. Im currently at 64Kg, my height is 5'1"
Sa 1 week na yon, i just lost 1 kilo. Ok lang naman sa akin. Ang importante kase wala ako palpitations, no headache, no nausea. It is also important to drink a lot of water, and i mean a lot. 5Liters of  lemon water ako everyday.
I also go to the gym 5x a week with my trainor. So far ok lahat. Sana magtuloy tuloy na.

Can you chicas tell me has anyone of you used Nidora? Because as I tried to explain the previous time,I am not a person who tends to keep the healthiest diet, I have some meet on me and I need something to help me become slimmer. I've tried drinking vinegar every morning, tried with L-Carnitine, etc. but I'm wondering whether I should try the Nidora product. From time to time I hear nice reviews but I'm searching for more. Pwede mo ba akong payuhan?

Anyone here who drinks javita coffee (burn + control)? I just started drinking it this morning 2 hours before breakfast. Nafeel ko na medyo nauhaw ako parang same effect sa leisure 18 na coffee pero milder effect. Tapos eto na. Nagluto ako adobo as requested by my mister.  Hindi kinaya ng powers ng javita ang appetite ko hahaha ang sarap kasi ng kinalabasan ng luto ko. I tried several appetite suppresants na, pero so far ang nag work sa akin, which "trained" my tummy to eat moderate amount. Dati kasi sobrang takaw ko talaga, it worked naman. I did yung reset program ng usana, so nutrimeal + essentials. I still do 1 meal replacement daily until I get to my ideal weight. Malayo pa pero so far so good.

my endocrinologist gave me duromine.. grabe ang mahal 104 each and you need to bring the prescription kasi regulated drug..

its my day 2 me headache pa din.. dry mouth and no appetite.. parang walang pansin yung food sa harap mo..  di ko maisabay si metformin 850mg again prescribed by my doctor..

i saw Adipex P 37.5mg sa PEX- cheaper sa duromine.. based sa internet its the same as duromine 30mg. a doctor from pgh is selling it...

still thinking if ok to change brands.. hirap mag lose weight.. esp pag me health issues kaya need to lose weight..

Hello... Ako I'm taking VitaPack Slimaluma for 5 days now. I don't take it twice everyday. It depends, sometimes once lang is enough na. Hindi kasi pare-pareho gising & bedtime ko so I adjust. But so far it's doing its supposed job. It does suppress my appetite but it doesn't trick my mind that I'm not hungry at all. I still feel hungry but when I eat I feel full agad. So I only eat when my body really needs food. Unlike before, I eat whenever I want. 

I lost about 3 lbs. At first I'm thinking that's slow. Siguro I'm used to losing about 7 lbs kasi in a week while taking slimming pills which are actually bad. You can't say that it's all water weight din naman, IMO, kasi I drink plenty of water talaga. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but I believe it's working for me.

Nabili ko yung Bee Sexy ko sa Magic Potions sa St. Francis, may online din sila check their IG sobrang effective niya pero every other day ko lang sya ginagamit kasi malakas masyado. Sa 2-3 months akong nag Bee Sexy 17 lbs. na yung nabawas sa akin!

Sis sa magic din ako bumili nung akin sobrang tapang ng epekto nya saken, uhaw talaga as in kailangan kong uminom everytime kasi nahihilo ako pag dehydrated tas kapag lunch or dinner na nawawalan talaga ako ng gana kumaen pero bawal magskip ng meal so kahit ilang subo lang ok na
