^ Ako yes, I do alternate upper body/lower body on weekdays that I go to gym. Before that, I squeeze at least 15 mins of cardio before I start my weights. pag me time pa, I do at least 10 mins post-workout cardio naman. pag weekends, i do the routines I cannot do on weekdays dahil sa dami ng gumagamit sa free weights.
That's good!
I can see quite a lot of people just "hanging around" and doing nothing. Pero malay ko ba tapos na sila sa workout nila, nakiki chill lang sila. hehe But seriously, this is the reason why I like to attend classes. As in naka schedule na sya, after nun, direcho sa shower, then out na. Mahirap for myself to motivate kung sarili ko lang. As for my running, this is my last resort, kung nag pig out ako at no exercise nako for 3 days since classes are not available or I am out of town tapos walang classes ang gym, tapos kelangan ko talaga magcardio. But the rest, lahat ng weights ko, toning, cardio, lahat through classes.
