I bought KB few months ago, dami ko kasi nababasang good feedbacks, pero pinimples ako ng malalaki nung third take ko. I don't know if sa KB ba yun or menstruation kasi nagkaroon ako after a week. then inistop ko sya. Pero I take VitaPack na ngayon, ok lang ba na icombo ko sya sa KB? Nanghihinayang kasi ako gusto ko ubusin kasi baka ganun lang talaga sa start. So ayun na nga, ok lang ba na pagsabayin ko silang dalawa, VitaPack (250 mg gluta) sa morning then sa gabi yung KB?

I guess dahil sa parating na period mo kaya ka nagka pimples sis.. Pero para malaman mo kung talagang dahil sa KB yung pimps mo try to use it alone atleast for one week just to see if KB nga yung nagbigay ng pimples sayo..Then after that pwede mo na combo wala naman masama..

Pinkish Glow sya sis kaso medyo nag gain ako ng weight.. Kung di ako nag gain ng weight I think magtatagal ako dito sa ph338..

^^Yup, yun yung kulay orange. Sabi ng iba fake daw. Sabi naman ng iba, yung nasa bottle daw ang minamarket international. Pero same lang yung content nung nakabox dun sa nakabottle. Makikita mo din kasi yung effect niya sa users.

Is it really necessary to take super high doses of gluta? kasi diba may dose lang na need ang body natin? then yung excess will be expelled through urine etc...I'm also curious ang mura ng ganun kataas na dosage while yung low dose dito satin pricey

Hello! I'm new to this site. Actually, nagregister ako dito para makahingi rin ako ng suggestion sa inyo about glutathione.

3years ago gumamit ako ng iba't ibang brand ng gluta, pumuti naman ako pero dahil sa nag-stop ako, para naging reddish brown yung complexion ko particularly sa arms and feet. sa ibang part naman ng katawan maputi e.

Yun yung gusto ko sanang ma-improve ng complexion kasi glowing lang ako sa tapat ng araw, pero kapag sa room na parang ang itim ko.

Right now, I'm reading a lot of reviews about glutathione and ang madalas na sabihing effective e yung SNOWCAPS. So, I bought it last week and tine-take ko na siya for five days but there's no change yet.

Then, dito sa discussion board, intriguing yung PH338, ISHIGAKI, TATHION. Which of those be really effective for me? In case hindi nag-effect yung SNOWCAPS. And kailangan ba mag-take din ng Vitamin C habang nagte-take din nun?

Ang hirap kasi maka-achieve ng maganda complexion kung hindi alam kung anong brnd ba talaga ang para sa skin type mo e. I don't know which seemed to be the problem. :| Thank you!
