I'm on Met gluta right now. I take 4 capsules a day. I've used before yung old formulation nila and I liked the effect. Sana pati itong liquid capsule ganun din.

Other pills that are effective for me:
1. Ph338(kyorin/phased out na accdg to sellers) + Fancl ala + Fern C + gse
2. Tat 307 + Fern C + gse

Nag met din ako before, di ko na ituloy kasi pricey saka konte na lang IV gluta na. Pero pansin ko talaga di ako nag oily sa Tzone ko. Saka kahit stress ako sa work fresh pa din ang itchura ko.

^^I'm not sure sis kasi alam ko pag maintenance nga 2caps a day. Pag whitening daw at least 3 capsules. Nung una ko ginamit yung ikd formulation pa I started 2caps a day pero nabagalan ako sa effect. Only when I started taking ut 4x a day saka naglight yung shade ko. First sa legs and feet tapos arms and pumuti din my face. Sana ganon din ngayon. Oo nga super mahal pero kakayanin. If di mo keri meron naman mas cheaper na alternative dun ka muna mag-start if gusto mo.

I'm using oxiglow kasi hindi lang ako pumuti nagka rosy cheeks pa, super glowing di na din ako gumagamit ng blush-on minsan kasi mabilis ako mamula. Nakaka mestiza lang! HAHA!

i'm currently taking NAC and vit C, i cant stand yung over secretion ng mucus ko sa throat, i had to cough and clear my throat every 5 minutes that it almost damages my throat. any suggestions how to counter act this? and hirap e

kasi sis it has mucolytic properties and promotes clearing ng mucus sa respiratory tract natin. Nothing to worry sis, it's a good effect
