I’ve been reading studies that claim NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) is actually more effective in “whitening” than actual glutathione supplements. I’ve tried several brands of glutathione before (PH338, Tathion 307, etc.) but nowadays I just consume 600mg of NAC twice daily, plus 2000-3000mg of Vitamin C. Consider also the fact that I rarely go out in daylight and I lather with whitening soaps, scrubs and lotions. Ewan ko lang kung reliable source ako kasi most people who meet me for the first time eh ang comment sa akin ay bakit daw ang puti puti ko but it has always been that way since baby pa ako, ha-ha! I guess I am “albinorexic,” walang contentment sa kaputian!

I'm tying SnowCaps now, and naglighten naman ang skin pero hindi glowing e. Siguro sa katawan ko yun pero I will try different brand para malaman ko whiwh will be effective for me.

hi sis newbie here, too much intake is hindi na po safe sa ating katawan.. kawawa po si kidney kapag overloaded sa work. increase fluid intake nalang sis during gluta para matulungan natin si kidney

^ Its true. I tried it with IV Gluta. And mas bonus bigay niya, blooming and brightening effect.

I bought ph338 90 tabs. Will try this one and will give updates! So excited to use it. Siguro i-lilimit ko kain ko since maraming reviews na nakakataba daw ito. Kelangan ko na magpaputi for next year summer! Excited lang no? Para super puti na! hahaha!

PH user here. I started taking it last month lang. Totoong nakakaputi ang PH, at nakakalighten ng mga spots. Unang pumuti sa akin ay yung hands at feet ko. Masarap din ang tulog ko dahil sa PH.

^sana sis not true. malulungkot ako pag nagkataon, cant afford pa naman to hoard or to buy in box, masyadong mahal. Good for 30days lang na PH ang afford sa sahod ko...

Ang KB/KYUSOKU BIHAKU? Kamusta naman? I'm using this before bago pa siya nag increase ng price yung mga panahon na 2 for P1500 pa siya. Sabi before nung nagmahal daw pinalitan ingredients kaya hindi nako nagtry ulet...

Huwag po nating kalimutan na while taking gluta may kasama pong vitamin C. yung high intake ng vit c po could cause crystals sa kidney kaya may nagkakasakit sa bato, para po maiwasan ito kailangan nating uminom ng 2-3 Liters a day

my friend and i tried ph for roughly 2mos.. no distinct effect. The usual pumuputi ka comments lang sakin. But thats medyo normal naman saken kahit nung di pako nagph.. lalo if kakaligo ko or hindi ako haggard that day hahaha.

20 days na ako nag tatake ng MEt,  poten cee forte AM and Pm  before ako kumain. wala drastic changes this morning nag add ako ng vitapack. plan ko i add na siya.. nalilito ako kung itutuloy ko mag Met or hindi.

I just received 2 boxes of Snow Caps for review. It sounds promising because it has reduced glutathione, ALA and vit. C. Will update you guys if I notice any marked improvements. My skintone is nc 25-20 by the way so I'm not sure if I'm the best review subject for this hahaha

    Hi po. Newbie here. Bago lang din po ako sa larangan ng oral gluta. Hehe. Habol ko po kasi sanang maibalik 'yung dati kong kulay dahil may aattendan po akong kasal ngayong July. 5 days na po akong nagtetake ng MET and so far, napapansin ko na po na may changes. May glow na 'yung skin saka naglighten na din po ng konti lalo na sa may hands at feet. Bukod po dun, okay din tulog ko saka bowel movement.
    Ang marereklamo ko lang po talaga dito ay masyadong mahal since 3x ako umiinom plus 2x vit C sa isang araw. Iniisip ko pong magswitch sa Relumins, 1800 per bottle, 60 caps na din tapos 400mg gluta per capsule. Any feedbacks po sa Relumins? Ayoko po kasing magrely lang dun sa mga feedbacks sa site nila.
