Nag take ako ng cosmo before di ko alam if super bagal or no effect at all.  Mga sis wag nyo muna pagsabayin yung IV and oral for you to find out if may effect ba sa inyo. Been taking oral gluta for years Ive learned my lesson na hindi dapat pagsabay sabayin yung brands kasi ako rin ang nawindang alin ba yung talaga nagwork sakin masuka suka pako sa dami ng tinetake ko waste of money pa.

Three months of using ph338+Ishi plus. Wala pa ko napapansing whitening effect. Anyway, i'm fair to begin with, with yellow undertone. I took gluta kasi gusto ko rosy white. Parang naging yellowish ako lalo inuubos ko na lang stocks ko then change brand na.
