when i was living in manila, i remember using IV injection, on prolong used... my vains got hard and tinamad ako mag tusok sa sarili ko ng gluta...

then used met and ishi... pero di ako hiyang sa gluta... i feel light headed so i stopped.

i never tried to take any whitening/glutathione pills. but i want to, so i keep on reading and researching which is good whitening product. i heard about this BeauOxi, it says it gives permanent whitening effect?anyone tried and experienced this?after po gumamit at nag-stop,bumalik po ba sa dati yung skin color nyo? thanks!

Ako.. stick ako sa cosmo, ganda ng effect sakin lalo na siguro kung  twice a day ako uminom. Once lang kasi, pumuti talaga ako sa cosmo. KB katutak na pimples ang inabot ko.

ako sis, i use met din. and yes very effective ang met for me. glowing white ako sa kanya. i remember pang 2 month ko napansin na pumuputi yung hita, tyan at likod ko. sa first month wala pa mashadong effect. mejo glowing lang sa face. di haggard. yung whitening nakita ko nung pang 2nd month ko na.

i tried a lot, kb, ph338, thionex, cosmo, mosbeau. walang effect. everytime na nagttry ako gumamit ng iba, nawawala yung glow ko from met. kaya bumabalik ulit ako sa met. but ttry ko din yung tathion 307..hehe.. nacurious ako eh. saka mas mura compared sa met.

with gluta kasi, you just have to make sure you're taking it right.
dapat 1000mg vitamin c muna, after 30 minutes, saka na yung gluta. dapat din empty stomach. wag muna kakain after taking gluta.

pansin ko sa 1st month, umaaliwalas pa lang ang skin ko, di haggard at mejo nagssmooth. near end of 2nd month dun ko napapansin mejo naglilight yung skin tone ko.

met is 2750 i think for 60 caps. available sa watsons and mercury. mahal talaga. but very effective for me. di nawawala yung pagkaputi ko, pero nawawa yung glow ko pag di ako nagtatake ng matagal. minsan kasi out of budget so di ako nakakainom for a month. i just use myra e 400 pag di ako on gluta.

i'll try tathion 307 next naman. mas mura and im thinking of taking it 2x a day lang instead of the recommended 3x a day. maintenance na lang naman ako eh.
