Every when should you celebrate your kid's birthday with a party?

I have 6 weeks to prepare. Buti na lang its a Friday party so it wont be difficult to book suppliers especially host/magician.

dilemma ko din toh, i want to celebrate sana every year sa phils hanggang nakakauwi kami during her birthday kasi once she starts school, we can no longer celebrate it in the phils na.  so gusto ko sana every year until she's about 3 or 4 party sa phils....

I'm still thinking kung ippush through ko tong plano na to, and if mapush through dapat stick na ako sa budget ko

push through! remember... kids 2 and up remember their parties na. hehe! i'm waiting for november na nga. haha!

Decided to throw an intimate party for my daughter's 3rd bday. It will just be our family and all my daughters' classmates are invited, about 31 kids. I hope I can pull it off! Its just a few weeks away.

tama mga ibang mommies.. dapat first seven years ay yearly ang bday celebration kahit simple lang..

ang pinabongga ko lang yung first birthday and 7th (next month)... in between puro fastfood or restaurant parties and classroom parties.  nakakatuwa kasi sila na nagdedecide ng mga theme.

Hello po... My son will be celbrating his second birthday this august. I'm thinking If magp party kami or what. We are preparing kasi for our church wedding and medyo tipid kami. Kaso first baby kasi namin siya. maalala na kaya niya yung birthday niya when he turns 2? Yung first birthday kasi niya gumastos talaga kami kahit na hindi pa niya naalala e. hehe.

We are planning to bring him sa Manila zoo. Or baka mag party kami sa house nalang and godparents and close family nalang invited. Which is better kaya sis? :0

Bakit naman "should"? Depende yan sa finances ng family. 

For my daughter, we had a party on her 1st birthday. Simpleng handaan lang on her exact birthday at home, with some relatives lang, then party na talaga on the weekend after her birthday with all relatives and friends.

Then on her 2nd at home lang. On her 3rd and 4th (and probably on her 5th, 6th din) sa house and sa preschool lang. Meron lang laging theme yung school party nya.

Basta laging may handa on her exact birthday at home with relatives and neighbors pero hindi sya kiddie party, handa lang talaga and candle blowing. Ganun din sa school nya kasi bawal magpa-games. Kain lang and candle blowing.

We're planning the next big party will be on her 7th na. That is if the budget will allow.

For my son, hopefully ganun din magawa namin.
But ideally for me, I'd like to hold it on their 1st, 7th, 13th and 18th.

still contemplating whether to have a big celebrate my son's 1st birthday or not. Si hubby decided not to have a party but instead a simple celebration with family, both sides na lang daw. Eat out and go to Manila Ocean park. Kasi hindi naman daw maalala nung bata yun.

IMO naman, its his 1st bday naman eh. whether maalala nya or hindi I want a party celebration kahit fastfood party will do na for me.

Another dilemma is the number of invitee, total of 130-150 pax..do you think may fastfood na makaka accomadate with that large number of attendees?

my daughter is turning 3 this december. i'm still thinking what to do on her birthday.. party ba sa bahay? mag rent ng place? or out of town na lang with family?
i saw from a previous post here na they do remember birthday parties when they are 3 na. napaisip tuloy ako na igaya sa 1st birthday nya with all the party anik-anik talaga... gastos nga lang! hehe.

yearly sana hanggang kaya namin ni hubby. Im planning na nga for his 2nd this coming August. pero hindi na kasing-laki ng budget katulad ng 1st.

every year - different manners nga lang.

Like yung big parties, 1st, 3rd, 7th, 13th, and 18th.

2nd - can be fastfood or sa house lang

then 4th onwards can be sa school

^^^naaalala nila by 3yo pero yun punong abala sila mga 4 or 5yo. Talagang sila na magsasabi kung ano gusto nila.

Kami every year hanggat maaari. Darating naman yun time na sya na ang aayaw sa party. Kaya enjoy na namin hanggat happy pa sya sa kiddie party


Edited to add: depende rin pala sa budget alangan ipilit kung wala. Kanya-kanyang trip kada pamilya kaya wala sigurong "should"

every year naman dapat cinecelebrate pero yung party, plan ko yung 1, 7, 21 ng son ko.

di ako mahilig sa party at magprepare ng birthday party. kaya nung first birthday ng son ko, sa mcdo para wala na ko intindihin, sila na lahat. guestbook na lang ginawa ko. 

nung second niya, nag out of town kami kasi mahilig sa airplane at magswimming son ko. may kainan sa bahay, immediate family lang invited, basta lang makapagblow ng cake. bumili lang ko ng party hat at banner.

sa third birthday niya, nag-iisip pa ako kung san ulit pupunta. kasi sa 4th niya, sa school na siya magcecelebrate. sa 7th niya pd na ulit magparty kasi sakto weekend yun.
