we bought 2 condo units from ayala din. we bought them ng preselling and planning to do airbnb para may passive income din.

For those planning to buy condo unit and have it rented out through airbanb, make sure that they allow airbnb. May mga condo that they don't allow this kind of leasing service, long term lang ang pwede.

unicorn_ChicMD, how much franchise ng 711?

sis we are based here in cali, USA. may seminar kami pinuntahan regarding starting a real estate business- renting or flipping houses. gusto ko ang idea ng renting out houses kasi long term ang passive income mo and stable monthly may makukuha ka. and based nga naman sa observation ko-when i was still in college and newlygrad na nagrirent, ang lakas ng business na ganyan lalo na if nakakuha ka ng prime location. :)

^around 200k if i'm not mistaken sis ha. pero hindi ko alam ang ins and outs. medyo interested lang ako kasi siya ang affordable.  :)

My fiance and I put up a DIY laundry shop in Ubelt. So far, okay na business siya. ROI niya took us 14 months :) I am based here UAE while fiance is working as auditor in Pinas and he basically manages the shop.

Why not try crowdfunding like FarmOn. You can choose on which crop or livestock to invest: watermelon, tomatoes, chickens, pigs, etc.

You can also invest in stocks, peer to peer lending like FundKo. Don't forget also to continuously contribute in SSS, Pag-IBIG (for my dream house), and PhilHealth.

While working overseas, I'm spending my time on blogging for passive income. It is something I can do in my spare time to pay it forward na rin. I'm learning and sharing at the same time while building my online business which is easier to manage than having a business in the Philippines.
