we bought a lot along south  from reputable developer for peace of mind since nasa ibang bansa kami.. to avoid din mga squatters since it is a secured/gated subdivision... so far okay naman yung nakikita namin.. nag aappreciate sya kasi the surrounding areas is also being developed.

Ako din, gusto ko sana magkaron ng business sa Pinas, esp. di na nagwowork parents ko so tamang-tama nga lang talaga sana pero yoko naman na masyado sila pagod.

suggestions lang mga sisters, if you plan on having a business in the phils while you are away and having your parents, siblings, relatives take care of it, make sure that you make a good team and see eye to eye in all aspects. i made that mistake. i thought making my parents as property manager of my house for rent will make it easier but it turns out they make things complicated and lot harder for me. so in the end since nagkakasamaan na nang loob we decided to find another property manager para iwas away

ok ba yung mga condo sa makati na pwede ka mag sign up for the hotel scheme? so lahat ng mag sign up, they will share the income kung may nag rent ng room/s. It doesnt have to be specifically the unit you owned, basta may nag rent dun sa group ninyo, shared na daw income.

Saan ka ba lugar sis sa abroad po? dipende sa lugar eh sa JPan ang benta po nila 3200pesos, sa Dubai 200dirhams,sa qatar 200riyal, sa US nasa 3120pesos.depende po sa lugar.

Since I'm here sa abu dhabi okay ang gold. May binili ako na gold worth 2000 pesos. Pagsinanla siya nasa 2500 so okay din mas mataas pa.

At dahil talamak ang mga nagogoyo ng mga kunwaring representative ng mga developers nito, they made a way para directly nang makapag-inquire ang mga interested buyers sa mga developers na ito. Pwede rin naman na kung may interesado ang balikbayan or foreigner na bilhin na property by other developers, pwedeng mag-ask ng feedback kung OK ba yun developer na yun.
