I just called KIDS, and TF if 61K & 2K reservation fee (deductible from tf upon enrollment). they will also allow 1 hour seat-in for a trial class.

Will schedule a trial class for my daughter next week..

I called KIDS yesterday and the available schedule for Kinder this coming SY is 12:30-3:00PM. Puno na daw ang morning class nila.

Yes sis, the kid can seat-in until the end of the class pero may opt not to stay sa mentoring time...

^gosh talaga. mukhang mapupunta ako sa playlab though okay naman playlab because of the low student teacher ratio.

pero ask ko pa din si hubby kung okay sakanya afternoon daughter ko. gusto ko na sana sanayin mag morning para pag nag big school siya

^sis whinx super na sad ako. sabi ko na nga ba noon pa dapat ako nag inquire eh halos walking distance lang ito from our home.

nag trial class na kami sa playlab hindi ba parang masyadong marami ang 12:1? kaya kaya ng teacher yun? i am transferring my daughter to a new school kasi hindi siya for traditional though okay sana itong present school niya. i am really looking for progressive schools na within my budget pa.

Playlab does not have school uniform, isa itong naging downside nung pinagpipilian ko itong playlab and present school ng daughter ko.

^ 12:1 is both for playlab and KIDS sis... I guess that should be the maximum... meron naman sila teacher aide or they call it Yaya or assistant sa KIDS (tama ba?)... hindi pa ako nkpg trial class sa dalawa... sabi kasi sa akin around February na daw ako mgpaschedule.

same tayo sis, nasa traditional school yung daughter ko ngaun but her dev pedia recommended that we transfer her sa progressive school para maovercome nya ang pgiging restless and impatient.  Plus hindi ko din masyado type ang method of teaching ng current school nya.

I'm looking for an affordable school din...

Kasi sis yun current students nila priority nila. Nagbibigay na agad sila ng abiso sa mga parents if kukuha ng slot sa next school year kaya ubos agad.

Nung nursery at prep anak ko pm class sya, ngayon grade1 ang aga ng klase nya. Nakapag-adjust naman. Traditional na at big school pa tipong kahit may bagyo at malakas ulan may pasok

my daughter's studying in KIDS now. at first, i also wanted AM class sana pero naubusan kami ng slot last year. I'd say blessing in disguise kasi pag maulan, usually cancelled class in the afternoon. not like sa AM class, andun na yun kid sa school n medyo delikado pag-uwi.

we have a field trip again tom sa NIDO. love the school and the teachers!

^thanks for sharing sis.. we'll inquire na 1st week ng february. Yung present school naman ng daughter ko ok naman sila at maganda ang school activities. Traditional set up is not really for my kid.

OT: ah talaga fieldtrip na din pala ng kiddo mo. ako sa 31 sila, sa subic ang punta, zoobic safari, ocean adventure etc. nagulat din ako ang layo pero since puro south ang getaway naming family pinayagan na namin, kasama din kami ni hubby.

thanks for this sis... naexcite naman ako for my daughter pero we still have to schedule her trial class to check if she'll enjoy sa KIDS.

We had trial classes in both schools, KIDS & Kids Playlab.

And I have decided to enroll my daughter at KIDS. The teachers are warm and very accommodating. I like that they have a play area for the kids. Also, what I liked the most was when Teacher Mina asked me to stay and observed and she explains to me how their program works. At the same time, she's giving me her assessment on my daughter in terms of her readiness for school. I feel like she's concern for my daughter too

My kids are incoming Gr.5 and Gr. 3 this June. Any recommended schools in Makati? Good schools tuition siguro is max of 60k per kid. CoEd sana, I'm ok with Catholic schools.

We (might) move to Paranaque and scouting na ako for schools. That is if may makita akong OK.

@ceejei, yes sis sana makapag-adjust mga kids sa morning classes pag mag grade 1. Isa sa reason bakit nilipat ko na anak ko ng school nung prep sya (kinder na yata tawag ngayon) kung saan namin na plano mag grade school sya para mabawasan yun areas of adjustment. At least bawas na yun d sya familiar sa place at walang kakilala.

Oras ng pasok at dami ng subjects/teachers na lang yun bubunuin.

Weeks before mag open ang classes sinimulan ko na rin gumising ng maaga-aga dati 10am ang gising ginawa ko na 8am. Hanggang sa paaga ng paaga.

hello, my 3 yr old daughter will start school this new term. there is a preschool near our home, Little kids of isaac in brgy bangkal in makati. im also considering that, to save on taxi or school service expenses. who knows this school? is it any good? tia!
