Mejo scared ako to take supplements kasi I had a liver problem Dati. Safe ba gluta for liver? May nabalitaan ako sa kakilala kong doctor na nag cause  ng cirrhosis ang gluta sa ibang patients

^ depende yan sis. kailangan mo magtrial and error para makita hiyang sayo. morena din ako. and di nag effect yung ivg ko na supposedly recommended for dark skin.

Yan lang yung pinaka nakita kong consistent yung puti eh. yung sa Gluthawhite, pumuti ako konti kaso maputi naman din ako talaga eh. glowing lang siya konti. kaso hindi ako hiyang nagkaron ako ng mga cystic pimples. so tinigil ko.
