Back in 2008 nakapag try ako ng gluta pero for 3 months lang pero I had to stop kasi mabigat sa budget. Akala ko wala lang effect sa akin pero nanay ko nagsabi na kumikinis daw ako. Tanda ko there were 3 brands na papalit palit ko and there were days na hindi ako nakakapag take.

Now I wanna go back taking gluta kaya talaga lahat ng thread dito sa GT about oral gluta binabasa ko from the start. Kaya this specific thread is very helpful kasi nagkaron ako ng idea kung alin yong mostly used and effective.
Based on what I've read so far, pinaka okay yong PH338. Pero siguro in terms of price I would go for Ishi. Pero yellowish white daw kasi yong effect

4x? ako 2x a day lang umeffect na. altho after a month ko na napansin yung effect na nagsstart nako pumuti. sa 1st month, glowing lang. 1350 [textspeak!] 30 caps

i tried sublingual spray from aim global for 6 months. hindi ako kuminis dun,mas madami pa me pimples while taking that kesa sa cosmo ngaun. di ko din achieve yung gusto ko puti to think na 6 months ko siya ginamit..2000mg lang kasi gluta for the whole bottle na yun. napaka konti lang
