Magka-kontra kami ng boss ko. Sya, super pro-management. Ako naman, medyo leaning towards being a pro-employees. Hirap din. ;D

hi sisses.. an HR practitioner here for 3 years though I'm an RN.. Handled timekeeping, payroll and compensation and benefits,I had a good compensation package. I thought sa previous company ko na ako tatanda and magiging HR manager(wishful thinking haha!) but then nadissolve ang HR department dahil nabili sya ng ibang company and inilipat sa agency ang HR.

Transferred to another company and was hired as a recruitment assistant. One month lang ako dahil weekly may nagreresign and AWOL and I have to fill up these positions immediately kundi lagot ako.. Talk about too much pressure.. Mas gusto ko talaga ang Compensation and Benefits..

Now, jobless tuloy ako..

Hi mga HR sis, hope someone can help you, especially those who are doing payroll.

I'm trying to start a small business, and according to the forums I read, here are the forms (that are only related to payroll) that an entrepreneur needs to submit monthly / regularly to gov't agencies:

BIR:
1601-C
1604-CF
Form 2316

SSS
R5
R3

Philhealth
PPPS
RF-1

Pagibig
M1-1

Am I missing something pa kaya?  Hope someone can help me out.  :)

^yes sis, clearance ang ultimate requirement to initiate final pay. If nag AWOL ang employee dapat dumaan pa din siya sa due process - eventually s/he will receive a notice of decision/termination letter for abandonment of work, sa letter nakalagay din dun na need mag clearance and turn over all accountabilities ni employee.

question about the holiday pay..
1)kase diba pag legal holiday double pay but prior to have double pay kelangan pumasok the day before. what if the holiday falls on monday gaya ng ninoy aquino day at national heroes' day and absent sila so hindi double pay yun sa kanila.
2)what if naman naka leave sila ng holiday, paid naman sila ng daily rate nila at hindi double pay tama po ba?
3)what if naman umabsent sila ng holiday tapos pag balik nila saka nila nag file nag leave.are they still paid for their daily rate?
