Meron po bang GTs who work as HR in their companies?

first work ko HR ako.. pero wala talaga sa HR ang puso ko so i resigned.. pero enjoy naman ang stint ko with the HR dept. andami kong nameet na employees and andaming activities. never a dull moment sa office namin non kasi sobrang busy everyday! nakaka miss ang pressure.

sa HR din ako nagwork before, nung una sa compen & ben tapos napunta sa labor relations. natry ko na din yung rcruitment, parang yun ata pinaka-boring sa HR, IMHO.

HR practitioner din ako almost 8 years na!

recruitment and training ang area ko eversince...plus a bit of employee (labor) relations. hindi ko pa nattry ang compensation & benefits.

nope, bago pa ako mapunta sa HR Office namin, galing ako sa principal's office, then Registrar's office, then admissions and testing office..hehe..and now, HR office naman...

benefits such as pag-ibig, sss, philhealth..attendance ng staff, at kung ano ano pa..hehe

^ ah ok...yan naman ang hindi ko pa nattry sa HR. i've been handling recruitment,training and employee relations eversince na nagtrabaho as hr.

very basic lang ang alam ko when it comes to compenben pag lagpas na dun ang tinatanong saken ipinapasa ko na sa mas may nakakaalam

^was with HR for more 2 and a half years (recruitment, benefits, expat relations) but realized that HR is not my cup of tea, so took the risk of being into medical school and im now having fun

^ ako naman,initially yan talaga ang dahilan ko kung bakit psych ang kinuha ko, pre med ko sana...pero nung grumaduate ako tinamad na ko tumuloy sa med school.kaya eto since grad,hr practitioner ako.

^baligtad pala tayo hehe. initially gusto ko maging HR Generalist, naactualize ko na un goal na un, until i realized na my passion is not with HR. Too much toxicity for me.

^ actually yes..sobrang toxic and stressful ang pagiging HR especially (i think) when you are handling compensation and benefits and employee relations...

i've been handling recruitment ever since.nakakastress din!may mga aplikanteng sakit sa ulo!..but generally,enjoy naman ako as HR.

completely agree. pahirapan sa benefits lalo na pag un mga employees, esp expats ha, ang hiram singilin sa mga housing loans nila. Nakakatawa, inaabot ako ng 3am sa office talking to an expat para lang magbayad sya sa loan nya. Handled recruitment too, sobrang ngaragan talaga pag ramp ups. tas pag weekly reporting with the boss regarding the movement of your demand. Good thing for you na you're enjoying HR
