btw, may question ako mga sisses, meron kasi kaming employee na nasugatan while working. nag-aayos ng bubong then natusok ng something. namaga after a few days ang kamay nya and now, nag-aantibiotic siya. he's asking kung pwede daw sagutin ng company ang mga gamot niya. pwede ba yun mga sis? or may option kami na hindi sagutin?

hi sis! pwede mag add lang ha.. this might be long overdue pero share ko lang:) I learned this from a seminar conducted by a labor arbiter from NLRC. Ang nasa labor code ay minimum requirements. Meaning, in an ideal world, whether an employer likes it or not, kelagan nyang sumunod sa mga minimum requirements na ito.
Kapag ang isang employee ay naaksidente sa workplace - the requirement is for the employer to provide assistance thru SSS Sickness Benefits  plus  EC. Employer should advance the amount of the benefit (which has been approved by SSS) to the employee (Employer can reimburse later with SSS)Yun ang requirement. No more than that. Hindi obligation ng employer nasagutin ang medicines. This is company prerogative nalang. No legal action can be taken against the employer dahil nagawa na ng employer ang requirement ng labor code. 

Ibang usapan nalang if the accident happened because of gross neglect ng employer ayusin ang industry-requirement facilities. Pwede ma demanda ang employer for that ground. Just my two cents

for example may employee kayo na nagkaroon ng cancer. then she went thru treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. included ba sa benefits nyo na bigyan ng financial assistance yung employee?

Sa company ko ngayon merong healthcard na may 200K Annual benefit limit per year. Yun na ang benefits ng employee. Kung anong pwedeng i-cover ng healtcard, yun na yun. Walang naka specify sa labor code na mag provide ng financial assistance. Ang requirement lang ay bayaran ang Philhealth nila..

Oo naman pwede! Syempre ayaw mong mabakante. para pag nag resign ka, may lilipatan na agad. There's no problem with that. Basta pag nag start ka sa bagong company, resigned kana dapat sa dati

Pwede naman sis. Ganyan naman usually ginagawa ng mga employees eh..hehe..but if ever matanggap sya sa inaaplyan nya, dapat mag file na sya ng letter sa current employer nya

depende sa urgency ng position sis. kung super urgent baka hindi, make some bargaining na lang on both companies. kung pwedung yung 30 days ay maging two weeks

hi mga sis, join po ako im also working now sa field ng HR, pero hindi ko alam kung as in HR talaga kami na matatawag. sa sales kasi ako but then HR - Recruitment related ang product namin...after working here for 2 years, im starting to love this field and also everything related to it...im actually looking forward to entering HR na talaga mismo within the year, sa recruitment, trainign and employee relations.

mga sis, i'm under an agency, what will happen i ever i do AWOL? hahabulin ba nila ko ng sobra? pano mangyayare sa philhealth ko and other deductions saken? can i go to their office para makuha ko mga numbers ko? sorry no idea lang. pls help po. thank you.

depende sa taong gumagawa ng recommendation sis..samin, ginagawan naman namin pero kung may mag background check, dun namin sinasabi kung madaming lates and absences
