Sino na nakapagtry ng plyometrics? I heard effective daw for the core. I want to try kaso 3x a week daw at least ang kailangan.

Ever since I gave birth to my eldest I had a big tummy na. Even if I diet and work out everyday, my tummy just stays as is. Haisst paano kaya ito. Now I'm trying (almost) no-carbs diet, circuit training, and always wear binder. I'll update everyone if this works out.

This is my problem too.

Doing situps will help.  Also try to eat less rice or no rice at all.

Hello mga sissies..
Just want to share this something I heard from a fitness expert.
They say jogging or cardio is still important specially if you're just starting out on your weigh loss.

If you want to lose your big tummy, you can't do sit ups right away. Kasi daw po sit ups build muscles and does not lose the fat. So kahit magkamuscle ka sa tummy pero nababalutan ng fat ang tummy mo, wala pa din mangyayare. So it's better to shed the fat first by doing cardio, jogging, then if there's less fat na sa tummy, you may start working on the muscles na..

Hope that helps  :)

Thanks for this tip! Helpful  :D

This has been my constant problem. I recently started working out, just so to release those fats. I do 20 mins on the elliptical at home and then the ab exercises on the nike training club app.

;) drink green tea girl, or skip a meal. Maasim food does not make you bloated, it must be the salt that goes with the dish!

I'm doing plank exercise. It's much effective daw than crunches & it's the best ab workout. Medyo challenging nga lang at first. Also drink plenty of water kasi it get rides of mga nagpapabloat sa tummy. Drink less juice, sodas. Water lang talaga.

I try to do a holistic approach sa pagpapaliit ng tummy - from diet to exercise, and using some aid to shed some pounds even when I'm not actively exercising, like on a daily basis lang. Also, just to share thing 10 eating rules link which I found interesting: http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-12268/10-eating-rules-french-children-know-but-most-americans-dont.html

From 55kls, I'm down to 48kls now. I'm focusing on my tummy now. Though I lost one and a half inches already, it's still not enough. My current waistline is 30". I want atleast 26 or 27.

started to lose some of the fat first by cardio (walking, Zumba, HIIT, 30-day shred) and portion control with food (no white rice and bread too). Now Im doing Pilates to be 'toned'. So far I'm loving the results. 5 more kilos to go!
