kami naman, inapply namin sila philhealth pero categorized as voluntary (self-employed). Para in case umalis sila saamin pwede pa rin nila sila ang magbayad ng philheath nila. Sa case nila, habang nasa amin sila bays philheath nila, hiwalay sa salary nila. )

^^ Pag ininterview sila, sis, malalaman din na kasambahay sila. Ganun ang nangyari sa househelp ng tita ko eh. Gusto ko ng tita ko magvoluntary siya so nagpunta siya sa SSS. Ayun, ininterview. Tapos ang sabi ng SSS, "bumalik ka na lang kasama ng amo mo."

Most of our kasambahays kasi ay di naranasan ma-employ sa more formal companies na may SSS. So usually, first time nila mag-SSS. So noon pa lang sila kukuha ng number at definitely, maiinterview sila kung sasabihin nilang gusto nilang magvoluntary. Kasi ang unang tanong dyan ng SSS, "ano ba ang trabaho mo?" Kung di aamin ang househelp na kasambahay siya, tatanungin pa rin ng tatanungin. At syempre di nila masasagot nang maayos, marami sa kanila hindi confident. So ayun, ang bagsak pa rin, malalaman na may amo sila.

Ang gusto kasing i-ensure ng SSS ay mabayaran nang wasto, regular, at on-time ang contribution ng mga kasambahay. At mas magagawa ito ng mga amo kesa ng mga kasambahay na karaniwan naman ay hindi nakapag-aral (no offense meant po) o hindi masyadong nakakaintindi ng policies ng SSS...

I asked my HH to get her SSS ID No. I started paying her contribution last March. I thought at first its difficult and ma-hassle kaya sabi ko mag-voluntary member na lang sya. Kaso di pala pwede talaga ganun. So I ended up reporting her as househelper. Madali lang actually and you don't need to go to SSS office.

(1) Download from the SSS website the  R5 Form. Sa employer number, use your own SSS number (if you don't have use hubby as the name of the employer para hubby's SSS number ilalagay ninyo sa employer number. Choose household employer sa Type of Payor 
(2) Pay the contribution sa bank. The amount of contribution will depend on the HH's salary bracket. The date when the contribution is due would depend on the employer's SSS no. (your SSS number or your hubby's SSS number depende which one you used as employer)
(3) After payment go to SSS website and log-in ka sa mySSS portal nila (you have to create an account. use the SSS number and details of the person you elected as Employer). Once your there go to TRANSACTIONS > Submission of Contribution Collection List (H3) and click the option Create Collection List Online. Make sure you have your househelpers no. and details of your payment. You need to input it. Follow instructions and then click submit. After two weeks you will receive notification na posted na sa record nung HH mo the payment you have made.

Been doing it since March and so far wala naman ako problem. Convenient and hassle free :-) good luck

That's my prob. She doesnt have an SSS ID yet. Hopefully next year after nya umuwi sa province makakuha sya ng requirements.

I'm also planning to apply my household help in who has been with us for 1.5 years already in SSS and Philhealth. So far, meron nakong E1 and R5 for SSS. For Philhealth naman yung PMRF, ER1 and ER2. Sasamahan ko na lang si househelp sa offices para ako mismo alam ko na kung pano ba yung mga processes and masagot agad if I have questions. Pero buti pa yung SSS, naka-customize yung R5 for household helps pero yung sa philhealth yung PMRF may tick box for household help pero yung ER1 and ER2 parang pang- totoong employer talaga.

Naisip ko pa, pag nagkakasakit ako and file ng philhealth claim, binibigyan ako ng employer ko ng members data records and record ng contribution. ganun din kaya sa case ng household employers?

My son's yaya has been with us for more than 2 years already. I also mentioned to her if she wants us to apply her for an SSS and Philhealth benefits. But it seems like she's not interested.

May report na sina-submit every quarter - R3 for SSS and RF1 for Philhealth. Dun naka-report kung kanino mapupunta yung mga hinulog mo kasi when you pay, pangalan mo lang ang naka-indicate. In that same report din may column for separation date ng employee.

Hi, I wonder lang if as an employee sila, does that mean that every month dapat bayaran [textspeak!] SSS nila or pwede pa ring quarterly ang payment?
How about philhealth quarterly rin ba?

Pwede pong quarterly for both sss and philhealth. I just enrolled our household help to SSS and philhealth last monday and i paid na for contributions for jan - mar para di nako ma-hassle pagbabayad monthly, besides quarterly din naman talaga pupunta for the report.

Ano yun,Kung buwan buwan umaalis mga maid edi buwan buwan din ang pila sa SSS? What if you pay quarterly in Jan, tapos Feb lumayas si maid? Paano yung hulog na?

pwede naman monthly yung bayad. i just chose to pay quarterly para less hassle, yung maid naman namin eh ok sya samin so in case mawala man sya bigla na bayad na sya eh parang pa-thank you ko na lang sa kanya. at tsaka nga pala anytime naman between the 3 months of a specific quarter pwede magbayad so para makasiguro, sa last month nyo na lang bayaran. i think the deadline is the 10th ata of the month succeeding the quarter

Ako rin quarterly pero binibigay ko sa kanila yung contribution every 15th for sss and 30th for PH para hindi maipon,mabigat din siyempre hinuhulog muna nila sa bank para hindi magalaw, then withdraw it pag bayaran time

^ im not really sure with pag-ibig, wala kasing malapit samin kaya i told our hh na wag na yun hehe. Although i know pwede apply online and malamang pay online or sa banks but im not sure sa report baka kelangan pumunta pa ng office so i decided against it na lang
