if your HH is staying out then ang pasok lang nya is from  11am-5pm,  are we obliged to pay for her SSS?
kasi kung basis ang work hours, di naman sya full time worker eh...

^I assume you're referring to the Kasambahay Bill and based from my understanding on the excerpts posted on the other thread, hindi covered yung hindi full time worker. Please correct me if I'm wrong though

We've been doing it since 1990's pa.

Ang problem lang now for the HH is that kung wala silang documents eh.
You can't get them SSS numbers kung walang birth certificate or baptismal certificate

I asked my HH to get her SSS ID No. I started paying her contribution last March. I thought at first its difficult and ma-hassle kaya sabi ko mag-voluntary member na lang sya. Kaso di pala pwede talaga ganun. So I ended up reporting her as househelper. Madali lang actually and you don't need to go to SSS office.

(1) Download from the SSS website the  R5 Form. Sa employer number, use your own SSS number (if you don't have use hubby as the name of the employer para hubby's SSS number ilalagay ninyo sa employer number. Choose household employer sa Type of Payor 
(2) Pay the contribution sa bank. The amount of contribution will depend on the HH's salary bracket. The date when the contribution is due would depend on the employer's SSS no. (your SSS number or your hubby's SSS number depende which one you used as employer)
(3) After payment go to SSS website and log-in ka sa mySSS portal nila (you have to create an account. use the SSS number and details of the person you elected as Employer). Once your there go to TRANSACTIONS > Submission of Contribution Collection List (H3) and click the option Create Collection List Online. Make sure you have your househelpers no. and details of your payment. You need to input it. Follow instructions and then click submit. After two weeks you will receive notification na posted na sa record nung HH mo the payment you have made.

Been doing it since March and so far wala naman ako problem. Convenient and hassle free :-) good luck

Natatawa naman ako sa pinost mo Oneone. Actually it is everyone's right to have their ss contributed by their employers.  Kami kasi, hindi kami nagpapautang ng big amounts sa helper kahit small amount pa yan. Even advance just to avoid problems. Kung ok ang performance nila for me, i will give the things they should have then. So enough benifit lang. Ayaw kasi din namin ng maabusong helper. I also consider their behavior. Pero at first pa lang, pag di ko nagugustuhan ugali, i dont offfer those kinds of benifits.

Yipes! scary naman yang househelp mo sis if i were you tell her clearly kung ano yung bawal if she makes the same mistake again you better let her go na lang. Since may utang siya i suggest na every payday magpabawas siya or better yet tell her that you would automatically reduce a certain amount on her salary. The fact that she lied to you is already a  red flag you should observe her if you're around the house. Or better yet, mag pa- install ka ng security cam so that you can monitor what she's doing...

I don't want to say that all Kasamabahays are bad but these people who ARE bad makes us generalize.

Lahat naman mabait sa umpisa para ma-please ka.  Since nagoffer kang babayaran mo 25K eh di lalo siyang magsusungay since alang niyang it will take her a bit more time to pay, even better - she can just actually leave you and forget about oweing you anything!

May mga racket na ganyan!!  Walang konsensiya noh??  To the point na ang kapal talaga..

Kaya lesson learned for EVERYONE - don't pa-utang your househelp.  Ako, strict ako dito, as in super strict - umpisan palang, I tell them na, na hindi ako nagpapautang or nag-vavale.  Mahirap kasi when you lend them tapos they go on a day off and never come back.  Wala na.. 

Tapos with the new kasambahay law you CAN'T kaltas their utang when they leave you!!!!

Oo nga, Oneone, alarming nga yan.  Dont give or offer her anything aside from her salary.  Yang mga gabyan is abuso na ang pinapakita . Sana man lang inaaalagaan nila yung trust na binibigay natin sa kanila.

^Pwede sis magbayad ng over-the-counter sa bank (but I don't think na pwede ang online payment). I-search mo kung anong banks ang accredited malapit sa inyo. Pwede rin sa SM Malls yata. But paying is different from submitting the R3.

Pag nagbayad ka kasi ng SSS for your helper, under your name ang resibo kasi employer ka. So irereceive lang yung payment. Hindi pa dun nagtatapos kasi PARA KANINO BA YUNG CONTRIBUTION? Dun papasok yung R3 form. Sa R3 sinusulat yung details ng employer, ng employees (like SSS number, full name, monthly contribution), at ng payment (OR number, date of payment, amount). Ang R3 na ito ay pinapa-receive mismo sa SSS. Hindi yan tinatanggap ng bank.

Regarding R3 na kailangang ipa receive sa SSS, pwede ba kahit saang branch? I am asking this kasi plan ko makipadala na lang sa office messenger namin sa SSS Makati . So even if we live in QC, okay lang ba na sa Makati ko ipa-receive R3 nya or kailangan kung saan ang place of employment?

If voluntary sila - that means they're not employed with you.  Sila nagshoshoulder ng LAHAT ng contributions.  Kapag sa SSS may employee/employer share BUT that is if the kasambahay's salary is above 5,000.00.  If below P5,000.00 you need to shoulder ALL of their contributions.

Regarding R3 na kailangang ipa receive sa SSS, pwede ba kahit saang branch? I am asking this kasi plan ko makipadala na lang sa office messenger namin sa SSS Makati . So even if we live in QC, okay lang ba na sa Makati ko ipa-receive R3 nya or kailangan kung saan ang place of employment?

You can pay at ANY SSS branch
BUT yung filing ng R-3s mo, kelangan kung saan yung servicing branch mo (where your house is located)

They don't need to personally appear AS LONG AS you have their signature sa mga forms and proper documents.  Just to be sure, gumawa ka nalang ng authorization letter.

I haven't tried the online - manual lang nagagawa ko.

Sis?  You give the helper the pambayad ng mga SSS?  nagbibigay ba siya sayo ng recibo ng SSS?  Sino ang nagrereport?

Di sis. Were abroad so she sends money to her pamangkin and pay in behalf of her. na feature nga to the other night sa TVP i told her I may need the receipt pra may record din kami.

we give for pag ibig din. separate din to di ba? so may certain budget lang ako told her to pay all pag kulang sabihin nya pag sobra keep nya na lang.
