i am 19 weeks pregnant and was prescribed neo penotran by my OB. warn naman nya ako na mahapdi. nung di pa ako buntis, sometimes I use tampons for my period din kaya sanay na ako mag insert down there 

when i inserted it...mahapdi nga...sa hapdi even if i already peed, parang naiihi na naman ako. lols! pero tiis tiis lang and mind over matter. 3rd night ko na mamayang gabi... sana matapos na ang 7 days.

i also read na kailangan talaga treat ang candidiasis on pregnant women because baby might get infected by "thrush" while going out of the birth canal.

hi! meron akong green na discharge. so nagtext ako kay ob. flagystatin ang binigay niya sa akin, for 7 days ko daw gamitin before matulog. im 18-19 weeks pregnant. may effect ba kay baby kapag nagkakaron tayo ng infection?

  Hi mha sis!!!!!!!! ask ko lang if kailangan paba ng reseta sa mga gamot na yan from the ob?? kase i used vagimycin before sobrang ok sya >. but now kase hindi na available sa mercury drug ?? san kaya pwede ... thanks !!!!!

sis, it's best pa din na pa-check up ka muna sa OB para mabigyan ka ng tamang prescription.  mahirap mag-self medicate lalo na kung ilalagay down there

Im new here,,,I'm 24...in a relationship and sexually active...My OB prescribed Neo-penotran for 7 nights...I understand that there should be no contact during medication but because i was unaware my bf and i had contact...im kinda scared right now...and i don't know what to do...

My Ob scheduled for pap smere this saturday...is it painful? because if ever if will be my first time to undergo and I really don't know how to feel...

Hi...same prescription tayo I'm just not using it yet kasi pinapatapos ko pa yung period ko.  Regarding papsmear, parang nakakatakot lang syang pakinggan pero di naman masakit.  Just try to relax and follow your OB's instructions and you'll be fine.

I was also prescribed with ALBOTHYL years ago, madali naman i-insert. kailangan lang you're ready to sleep. and wear a panty liner or napkin. kasi matutunaw sya sa loob mo ang kinda messy ang feeling. so no-no to put it nang di ka pa matutulog. hasle and greasy inside ang feeling. No contact din dapat while you're under medication.

mga sis neopenatran din gamit ko and third day ko na ngayon pero bakit ganun i feel na mas lumala yung pangangati ko.. sa morning medyo matotolerate pa pero after ko mag lagay at night mahapdi tapos mainit sa loob and di ko alam if normal lang na mangati ako ng todo as in di ako nakakatulog sa kati... kaya nagwash ako then saka pa lang ako naging comfortable... so di ko alam kung ako lang naka experience nito.. i'm going to my ob tommorow kase baka di lang ako hiyang dun sa medicine hayst....

niresetahan ako ni ob ng flagystatine (amount P100+ each) for 4 nights because of my discharge.  and baka raw may uti/bacteria daw ako.

  Hi there.. finally nakahanap ako ng forum about this. sana matulungan nyo ako..
galing ako ng OB ko last saturday for papsmear.
sabi nya madami daw akong discharge hindi masyado makita yung cervix ko.
pinagamit nya ako ng ALBOTHYL, im on my fourth suppository..
natutunaw siya sa loob ng vagina diba? so pag gising ko wet yung undies ko
ganun ba talaga or dapat hindi siya lumabas?
then may napansin ako prang tissue sa loob ng vagina ko, i think its the residue
pero hindi ba sya lalabas? kase feeling ko naka bara sya dun.
medyo natatakot kase first time ko, i cant imagine na meron parang tissue sa loob ng vagina ko.
pwede ba syang tanggalin or lalabas sya ng kusa?

i lost my reseta. also forgot if it was neopenatran or flagystatin that was prescribed to me. kelangan ba ng reseta if i want to buy vaginal suppository? if not, pwede ba ako pumili nalang which of the two?

nag-take na ako ng metronidazole before. it worked, pero after a few weeks, bumili din agad ang BV. then i was prescribed clindamycin, but i wasn't able to finish it. so ngayon suppository naman. but i lost the reseta

ang mahal pa naman ng consultation... you girls have any obgyne you can recommend? QC area sana.

If you will not take your prescribed medicine like albothyl supp, baka lalala ang vaginitis or cervicitis mo.
Kasi 2 or 3 supp lang madali ka lang gumaling niyan. Take mo na sis.
I do not think may uti ka sis kasi kung bacterial vaginitis lang yan may cheesy medyo sticky discharge lang yan na nawawala sa antifungal creams and suppository.

Sis when you push your suppository into your vaginal canal, medyo itilt mo konti pataas ang butt mo lagyan mo ng pillow under your butt para medyo nakaangat ang pelvic area mo and yung supp matutunaw siya at papasok sa loob, near the cervical opening kasi kung hindi ka nakapillow lalabas yung suppository and mag-melt siya sa outer vaginal opening madefeat ang purpose mo. You can also hold your flower yung parang i-seal mo lang siya sa labas para di kusang lalabas ang suppository.

Yung parang tissue that you see, it is the fungal infection, cheesy discharge ng fungus.

I think di mo na naman na kailangan ang reseta to buy the suppository sis, kung saan ka hiyang yun piliin mo. Sa mercury drug they don’t need naman na the reseta, it is OTC.

What feminine wash ang binigay sayo? Baka sobrang harsh and strong din niyan sis?

I think while you are on medications like suppository let it take its course of action muna, stop any sexual activity muna while you are on suppository. One sign din kasi ng vaginitis is post-coital bleeding.

hi sis sensya na late reply ALBOTHYL, supp. ako sis ang tagal nga e 2 weeks ko sya gagamitin. 7 ALBOTHYL, alternate daw sabi ng OB ko. Di pa kase ako nagtatake acutally medyo ilang months na rin niresita sa akin ng OB ko yun di ko lang kase ma promise na walang DO kase si hubby e , out of town madalas 1 week un then uuwi ng saturday yun, mangungulit na.. But sabi pala ng Ob is Mild imflammation daw yung sa akin no need na para irepeat ang papsmer ko sis..

just this one lang muna ask mo muna si hubby mo na no sexual contact na muna kayo until matapos mo ang supp mo para super okay ka na after you take the supp. Yup every other day mo insert ang albothyl.  Until you finish the 7 supp. Dapat maagapan before the mild inflammation lalala at nasa loob ng vagina inflamed na rin. Gawin mo na ngayon sis para you can feel healing and so much relief.

Hello mga sis! I'm new here. Kakabasa ko lang ng mga post nyo kanina and I'm glad na napunta ako sa site na to. Mas naging aware ako sa nangyayari sakin and hindi pala ako nag iisa. Last week nag punta ako sa OB para nga magpacheckup, cause may napansin akong yellowish discharge sa vagina ko. My OB suggested na magpapap smear ako. Until now di pa din lumalabas yung result but then niresetahan nya ako ng ALBOTHYL. 3 pcs lang naman daw at every other day daw... Sa mga nabasa ko na post nyo, nalaman ko na tama naman pala yung ginawa ko, for a first timer.. Heheh... And I really want to know all about this...

welcome to the forum! yup sis baka yung yellowish discharge mo is bacterial or fungal infection lang and can be treated by albothyl supp, ilang days lang yan sa albothyl  mawawala na yang itchiness and discharges and foul odor sa vagina. buti naagapan mo sis bago na-attack at nakapasok na ang infection sa mismong inner vagina and cervix na. do you use any vaginal wash? usually un ang cause ng mga ganyan na infection kasi, stay healthy!

sis did you finish using your suppositories yung 2 weeks na yun?
After taking the supp pwede naman na na back to normal ang mga sexual contact ninyo unless your ob says otherwise.  kasi after mag supp ka more or less you are healed na.
