hello mga sis ko,,,hayz tagal kong nawala hehe....mga sis ask ko lang kasi nung december 22,2009 nagkaroon ako ng B.V tapos niresetahan ako ng neo penotran at antibiotics na dyna doxycyline 100mg...naging ok naman kasi pinap smear ako ulit nun nakita ok na....at hindi na sya makati...ngayon mga sis ang siste parang bumabalik ang B.V ko nangangati ulit yong pempem ko tapos may discharge na na yellowish na parang yellow green same ng una..sabi ko nga bumalik ata ang B.V. ko..ang tanong ko mga sis pwede ba na gamutin ko ang sarili ko sa ganung nireseta sakin ng OB ko?kasi iniisip ko yong ibabayad ko sa OB ko ,,eh di ipangbili ko na ng gamot total ganun rin naman kasi yong feeling ko nung una sobrang kati ng pempem ko grabe.ano sa palagay nyo sis pwede kayang uminum ng antibiotics and mag insert ulit ng neo penotran ulit? kasi december 22,2009 pa yon eh..

mag neo penotran ka na lang muna, kase ako nung first time ko gumamit nyan, ganun din, with matching antibiotics, then nung ganun ulit, tapos iba na OB ko, neo penotran na lang sinabi nya, tapos mas konti pa kesa nung una 7 supps na lang dati kase 14 2x a day ata nun.

surely, ako nga Lactacyd Vagi gel na lang gamit ko nawawala din naman.. mas mura pa, 400++ 7 tubes. common occurrence ata yang BV na yan kahit gano kalinis down there. kainis.

sis oblina ano yang lactacyd vagi gel? suppositories din ba yan ? or pang hugas yan sa pempem? araw araw ba gagamitin yan or pag nagka BV ulit? and last sis na tanong pwede ba kami magcontact ni hubby ngayon tapos kinabukasan nako magsuppositories?hindi ba masama yon?kasi diba baka mabuntis pala ako eh nagsuppositories ako....anong maganda sis?thanks again

tube sya na ipapasok mo yung nozzle sa loob ng pem para to squeeze out the liquid gel, yung neo penotran kase diba ipapasok mo as buo tapos matutunaw na lang. to treat BV, every night for 7 days lang yun, kase 7 lang talaga laman sa isang box. pero mas potent syempre yung neo penotran kase yung lactacyd na gel pang maintenance lang ata and to prevent bad smells or vaginal ph disturbance ek ek, pero pwede na din for BV. I think u can have sex naman then use the gel after, yun actually instruction sa box, yun nga lang mahapdi yan pag may lacerations after ng contact nyo. pero if you're into serious treatment, walang contact while treatment unless nakacondom si hubby.. feeling ko tuloy OB nako e kelangan ko magpasched sa OB for my own reproductive probs haha

hahaha!! parang ob naba yong dating mo sis,thanks ng marami sis oblina mwuah mwuah mwuah. pareho din pala silang treat sa BV. mabibili ba sis yong lactacyd vag gel over the counter?and sis pano kung halimbawa nag neo penotran ako 7 days yon,,tapos natapos ko na neo penotran,,then mga after 1 week or mga ilang weeks ko na pwede gamitin yong lactacyd vag gel? para maintenance ko narin para hindi na pabalik balik yong BV. sis oblina salamat talaga ha,,sana wag kang magsawang sumagot sa mga tanong ko hehe...salamat talaga ng marami sis ko mwuahh

last september 2 nagpa pap smear ako, tapos after 2 weeks ko nakuh aang result. may infection ako. niresetahan ako ng neo penotran. naka isang tablet ako tapos nagkaron ako, so nag stop muna ako sa suppository. hinintay ko mawala yung spotting ko bago ko siya ulit ginamit. so ngayon 4 tablets/suppositories na lang ako. alam ko din na bawal muna ang contact tapos after nun, kailangan magpa check up ulit to check kung may infection pa. sabi ni Ob, kailangan ulit ng pap smear. kaya lang after 2 weeks p aulit bago makuha ang result. akala ko din nun na buntis ako, ok naman daw ang neo penotran sa buntis. pero gusto naulit namin magkababy ni hubby. sana mawala na ang infection after nito.

sis m0nlin, yung lactacyd vagi gel over the counter lang, minsan sa watsons or SM makikita mo lang sya alongside mga feminine products, pero sa mercury sa may over the counter ka talaga kukuha, hindi naman nya kelangan prescription. kung after 7 days ka neo penotran, i think you can use naman lactacyd after ilang days for maintenance, di naman sya antibiotics e so keri lang

buti na lang may thread na ganto and it's giving me lots of idea... However, i tried to search about neo penotran and it says hindi siya pwede sa first trimester of pregnancy. Im already full term and at 37 weeks, my OB did an IE yesterday and sinabi nya 1 cm dilated nako. However, she gave me prescription to use this kase daw may yellow discharge and smell ata. sabi ni doc just to clean the area daw since im about to give birth na. sana lang talaga walang bad effect kay baby and sana mawala na yung infection before ako manganak... please pray for us mga sis... paranoid lang..

Joining the thread mga sis, sorry i could not comment regarding using suppository while pregnant, best to follow OB's advice and researches sa net would also help   

I have tried Gyromax and Albothyl. Both are expensive Php100+ kaya mahal magkasakit 

Hence, I have researched tips on how to take care of our Vagina to prevent infection and expensive medicines:

1. Eat Yogurt
2. Always be clean especially during periods
3. Use Condom
4. No to eating and fingering (sexual act)
5. Use cotton panties
6. Always be dry down under especially when you exercise
7. Putting plain yogurt down under
8. No undies at night
9. Trim down there

i was prescribed neo penotran by my doctor along with doxin (oral antibiotic) tapos after i inserted it, sobrang hapdi. as in nahirapan ako makatulog. is is normal?

and also when i woke up this morning, parang may pill stains? is this safe or did i do something wrong?

@slumbering:  burning sensation is just normal after inserting the supository but after a few minutes mawawala din, I hope your pain didn't lasts the whole night.. Pill stains is also normal lalabas talaga yun sabi ng OB ko.

I'm 39 weeks pregnant, my baby is about to come out and suddenly I had infection, I was prescribed by my OB to take Pharex Erythromycin stearate antibiotic 3x a day and neo penotran for 5 days..thanks for your posts, i thought i was doing it incorrectly kasi pag lagay ko ng suppository it was so painful burning sensation, it was normal pala..

thanks @missladygoodman!i hope mawala na yung infection ko kasi hanggang ngayon, i still have discharge. when i started the medication, halos malapit na ko magkaron so 4days in, i had my period tapos pinatigil ako ng doc ko then ituloy ko nalang daw after. this is my third week of medication na. i hope mawala na kasi ang hirap and nakakaparanoid na din tuloy.

But may i ask if its ok to take neo penotran and doxycyline without prescription?
Gagayahin ko nalang yung sainyo, 7days din ako maglalagay.

sis alam ko kelangan mo pa din prescription for the neo penotran, lalo pa kung 7 or more bibilhin..

ah ganun ba. dami ko kasi nabasa sabi di na daw need.

try ko muna yung binili kong anion napkin. may free self test kit pa.
baka umeffect un.. yung may negative ion.
baka magamot nito yung smelly discharge ko.
