hmm.. hindi ba sa US, Canada, NZ, etc. ang best places for nurses?

ah okay. halos comparable naman sis ang Abu Dhabi at Qatar. though based from my brother who worked in Abu Dhabi then Qatar before, mas okay sa Abu Dhabi in terms of adjusting. less homesickness.

as been said here many times... based your choice as to what the company is offering. kasi position and pay varies in extremes. pwedeng same position, pero sobrang layo ang agwat ng salary and/or benefits dahil sa company. but the same type of companies exists between the two countries na ito. i mean, the so-so and yung maganda rin namang companies. it's really hard to tell as to where his luck is. not unless he goes out and look for it. yung iba kasi, sinuwerte sa Qatar when they transferred from UAE. yung iba naman, mas napabuti when they transferred here in UAE.

sis punta ka lang sa consulate, meron na sila nung NBI card na fi-fillupan. papuntahin ka nila ng police station to make the finger printing on the card my bayad yun i think aed100. tapos balik ka consulate sila na papadala sa PI then another bayad ulit at bank order for NBI. you can check the phil consulate website in the uae my instructions dun. sa case ko kasi ginawa ni hubby yung fingerprints sa police station tapos dinala ko yun pauwi ng PI. ako na nag lakad dito. HTH.

any idea regarding the required documents needed by the consulate if we want to get married here in Dubai? yung sa cenomar, kailangan pa talaga naka red ribbon yan and authenticated by UAE embassy sa atin?

May I know why mahirap ang buhay sa Dubai?  Mahirap financially ba?  I have a friend there now e, he was pirated from a very high paying job in the Philippines, I think triple yung in-offer sa kanya plus they brought his entire family there, I just hope worth it and hindi sila naghihirap ngayon dyan ng family niya.  May crisis din ba dyan?

yes may crisis din po, but as you have said triple ang sweldo niya sa pinas and he will bring his entire family so meaning ok po siya. hindi namna panghabang buhay ang crisis eh, maybe in a years time makakabawi na ang Dubai. Isa pa kahit mahirapo ang buhay sa Dubai mas ok parin siya in terms of monetary. Hindi family oriented ang buhay dito pero kung future ng family ang iisipin mo mas ok na rin. Kumbaga we are all slaves by our work, siguro kahit naman sang bansa ka pa pumunta you have a lot of sacrifices to do. So maganda ang swelde and family is here..ok na po yun.

^Depende kung gaano ka-very high paying ang very high paying.  Halos lahat naman ng pinoy sa Dubai triple or more yung sweldo nila compared sa pinas.  Kase kaya mas mataas ang sweldo sa Dubai is because mataas rin ang cost of living.

Okay siguro if yung sweldo mo sa Dubai can give you the same lifestyle you had (or even more) nung nasa pinas ka pa.

thanks for the advice, sis. oo nga eh. so far naman, though delayed ng 2-3 days ang sweldo namin, no sign naman of giving up itong company namin. we're just having difficulty collecting the receivables from our clients.

Naku maswerte ka pa rin 2 to 3 days lang nadedelay sahod sa inyo yung dati kong company 2months na di nagpapasahod,naawa nga ako sa friend ko paano ba naman nasa pinas na siya nagbabakasyon ayaw na sana bumalik kasi nga ganon situation tapos pinabalik, pag balik wala naman na mapasahod.. sabagay pag di naman siya bumalik baka maban for life pa siya.. anyway, sabi ng friend ko naghahanap naman na daw siya ng malilipatan, kaso sa dami daw ng inaapplayan niya ni isa walang tumatawag...  sana pag pasok ng 2010 maging okay ulit ang Dubai, gusto na namin ni hubby bumalik sa uae..kakamiss ang wild wadi

I always watch CNN and maganda ang news about Abu Dhabi.. how true is it?? maganda economically speaking...
