hi!  nagiisip ako ng magandang business, and I was thinking buy and sell...so can anyone help me to think kung ano ang magandang ipadala sa pinas aside form gold jewelry para ibenta dun and vice versa?

Kami may surot din dito.walang effect yung pest control. bili ka baygon yung cockroach kulay green.sprayan mo.magpalit ka ng bed foam at bedframe dapat walang kahoy yung bedframe mo o kaya kung wala kang extra pera. ganito gawin mo...yung matress ibilad mo sa araw tapos ibalot mo ng husto ng plastic..tadtarin mo ng tape. tapos yung bedframe mo, kalasin mo tapos paliguan mo ng baygon na green tapos balutin mo ng package tape isa-isa yung kahoy na frame. tapos paliguan mo ng baygon yung buong sulok ng room mo.patagalin mo ng 1-2hr.ayus! success! ganun lang po ginawa ko...
100% surot at ipis free...
check mo kung may mga butas ang pader mo lagyan mo ng scotch tape lahat ng butas na makita mo...

i just have a question, i need po kasi ng SPA for the extrajudicial proceedings ng property namin sa Pinas.
I just like to know po kung saan ba ako dapat pumunta, sa Consulate po ba o dun sa Embassy sa Abu Dhabi??

^Sa Philippine Consulate sa Al Qusais puede kumuha ng SPA.

Requirements:
1. 3 Passport Copies (front and back page)
2. 100dhs fee

*Kailangan mo ren ng 2 witness para mag-sign dun sa SPA

Steps:
1. Once you reach the Philippine Embassy, go straight to the first makeshift office on your left or if the security guard is around, ask him where you can get an S.P.A.
2. With your 3 passport copies in hand, inform the person-in-charge for which specific reason you need the S.P.A. for.
3. The person-in-charge will then hand you a form for you to fill in.
4. Have the witnesses sign the form.
5. Hand it to the person-in-charge who will then give you a paper to be given to the cashier.
6. Proceed to the cashier and pay 100dhs. The cashier will then give you a receipt and inform you when you will be able to claim the S.P.A.
7. To claim your S.P.A., you first need to have the receipt with you. Claiming section is on the right side of the main building where there is a normally long queue.

Add ko lang sa SPA, I recently got one.

For claiming the SPA, pwede mo na ipa empost na lang. May isang Pinoy dun from  EMPOST, kapag nasa CASHIER ka na sabihin mo ibigay sayo yung papel dahil ieempost mo na lang. 15 or 20 Dhs ang bayad, nakatambay lang sya dun sa may nag phophotocopy.

Usually to claim it sasabihin ng Consulate after 7 working days. Pero nung pina Empost ko after 3 days tinawagan nako ng EMPOST at idedeliver na at my doorstep. It save time and money wise narin.

thanks!!! try ko din baygon kala ko kasi pang ipis lang yun, pwede pala sa surot.. pero so far wala na ako nakikita surot sa room namin, though sa kabilang room meron pa din so there's a tendency na meron pa din dito sa room kasi pumapasok dito yung tito & pinsan ko na taga kabilang room.

yes,may tendency na magkaroon sa room nyo pero 1 o 2 lang yan in a week.very minimal.why dont u advise them.para surut free na kayo sa house.

punta kami sa dubai sa saturday. baka naman may masusuggest kayong iterinary sakin.first time ko pumunta.dito kami sa abu dhabi city, magmumula.alis kami ng 630am para iwas traffic.pls, help naman dyan.yung tipong di magastos.kasi madami kami so more on parks lang at shopping mall na mura lang.kahit mabusog lang ang mata namin.

Hi. May few questions lang ako. If ever makapunta ako ng Dubai, gusto ko sana related sa field ko yung magiging work ko.  Ask ko sana kung mahirap ba maghanap ng job sa field ng marketing/ marketing research sa Dubai? lalo na kung Pilipino ako. Do they prefer sa job na yun ang mga citizen ng Dubai lang? I mean may discrimination ba?

May isang pang akong question sabi nila yung length ng visit visa ngaun, 1 month na lang dati 2 months siya? Hindi ko alam kung applicable sa lahat or kung sa mga may sponsor sa Dubai like for example parents mo andun na.

@curlytops:  Sis kung yung parents mo andun na why not just get a father's/family visa?  You can stay as long as your father stays in Dubai unless you transfer your visa sponsorship to your employer.

Regarding finding work sa Marketing field, meron naman though it won't be that easy.  Since it's marketing, some companies will require you to meet with clients, and in some cases you need to know how to speak in Arabic.  May discrimination.  May companies that look for indians only for a particular position.. or British, etc. etc.  Minsan mahirap talaga makahanap ng position na gusto mo lalo na kung sa UAE ka pa lang maghahanap.  Sometimes it's better to go thru an agency, or kung direct hire ka mula dito palang sa pinas.

medyo mahirap nga hanap work ngayon dito. Been here for a week na pero kokonti pa lang talaga tumatawag. And to think na accounting pa yung field ko ha. sabi kasi nila dati medyo lamang yung nasa field na to kasi mas madami daw job vacancies.
sa ngayon medyo nakakapraning na din baka kasi di ako mkahanap ng work. Any suggestions naman po from UAE guys and gals? TIA

Usually after a month pa nagsisi respond ang mga employers. Madaming instances na kung kelan nakakuha na ng work yung tao, saka lang tatawag yun magagandang companies. Dahil nagipit sa oras, tinanggap na lang yung so-so job.

A good CV and prayer helps talaga! Dapat angat ang CV mo para mapansin ka. Be bold sa mga interviews. Make an impression. Good impression ha.

Saka don't stop applying. I have a friend na nag send ng CV three times dito sa company namin. Ayun, natanggap naman. Nakulitan ata.
