I also had an LG automatic washing machine we purchased last year so far so good, talagang super alaga ko, at mega bilin sa kasambahay namin to really clean it up every after usage at tamang timbang lang ng damit ang pwedeng ilagay huwag sobrahan para hindi agad masira..

According to the SA dapat malakas ang current ng water supply nyo pag Fully Auto WM ang bibilhin, nakakasira daw kasi ng sensor ang kulang na tubig..

to all sisses: ano po ba ideal na capacity ng WM ang dapat bilhin, let say 3-4 (with 1 kid) lang in a family? Kasi baka naman pag masyado malaking capacity tapos konti lang laundry, baka magastos. di ko kasi alam baka may certain computation or ratio sa pagpili ng tamang capacity.

Sis, T7070CT [textspeak!] model ng wm namin, 7.0kg sya. Bale yung nangyari kasi sa wm namin, pagkadeliver di na namin sya ginalaw, pati [textspeak!] styro nya sa ilalim andun pa, eh meron pa lang bakal na naghohold dun sa ilalim na part nun. Kaya pag ginagamit namin parang nagwawala at maingay sya. Sabi nung nagrepair, free naman daw ang installation.

Sis, tinanong ko din yung nagservice, mas maganda daw frontload, matipid sa tubig.

i go for front load sis. di ko pa natry ang top load. it depends din suguro sa paggamit.

sis the price varies kung ilang kg ang gusto mo.. the lesser the kg, the cheaper the price.

Disadvantage ata ng front load di ka pwede mag add ng damit once nag start na cycle. I think you have to cancel and re-start...  Sa top load pwede stop and resume to add clothes.

Our samsung fully automatic wm came free with our samsung fridge. i haven't used it for 2 years kasi
nagpapalaundry kami sa maid ng MIL ko hehe. pero my hubby's family moved somewhere else kaya
i was forced to do laundry. pero super easy lang pala if automatic na ang wm. i only struggled with
the detergent kasi i had no idea how much dapat haha! yung mommy ko naloloka sakin. anyway, super
happy naman ako with my samsung wm. sana tumagal ang buhay niya hehe.

Get the fully-automatic na. Sobrang convenient maglaba. Nabawasan ang house-keeping stress ko when I got one.

I am a satisfied SHARP washing machine user.  Our SHARP fully automatic washing machine has been  with us for 20 years already and we are still using it up to now.

I also have a very old washer that still runs kaya di ko pa dini-dispose.

I think those washers manufactured earlier are built to last longer. Meron mga washers ngayon kasi sa market na parang "toy" lang. Flimsy itchura kaya cheaper din naman. Not worth to buy maski mura kasi mukhang sirain.

I'm planning of buying one. pero gusto ko yung may dryer na. yung hindi na kailangan isampay pa ang damit.

We still have the Sharp twin tub washing machine until now. Pero bihira na lang magamit unlike before. Hindi lang namin niloloadan ng marami kaya until now gumagana pa din. We also have Daewoo twin tub WM and still functioning well. We're planning to replace these old WM with a fully automatic one but we have no preferred brand at the moment. Any feedback or info whether hard water has an effect on the functionality of a fully automatic washing machine. Sa bulacan kasi kami lilipat at deep well yung tubig dun. Gaano din katotoo yung mga sinasabi ng SA na kailangan malakas yung pressure ng tubig para hindi madaling masira yung sensor ng washing machine? Sa village kasi namin may oras na mahina yung pressure ng tubig.

we use our good old whirlpool since 1995, 4 na baha na dinanas niya as in super taas ng tubig "ondoy level" nag swim na sya and backstroke sa baha. dati deepwell kami ngayon nawasa na. ok pa din siya

Guys, My husband and I initially planned to buy the twin tub lang [textspeak!] sabe samen mabilis masira ang fully automatic top load but ever since I've been wanting to get the front loader fully automatic [textspeak!] super tipid daw sa tubig, our water in our place is commercial so it's P70 per cu. meter, our monthly bill is P900 and we're only two in the house pati nagpapalaundry pa kme nyan, so we're really hesitant to do the laundry at home kase baka biglang dumoble pero when we went to Anson, we were convinced by the saleslady, super galing magexplain, cinompute pa nya yung water consumption namen every wash cycle, 50-70 liters of water lang daw ang nacoconsume every cycle, then she explained that kahet 2000 watts sya, if you're not gonna use the hot wash naman, 280 watts lang daw for the cold wash, we're planning to get the Electrolux EWF-85661 6.5 kg, it's around 25k [textspeak!] whether cash or installment basis unlike sa abenson which runs around 28k if installment basis, pero hesitant parin ako because I've been reading a lot about mold issues in the US plus sirain nga, kaya til now di parin kame bumibili [textspeak!] ang hirap mgdecide!  But I think I would check out LG because I've read here a lot about LG pati sa mga forum sa states and may nakita akong top washing machines, sa top 10, parang mga 4 models ng LG pasok dun,

Has anyone had a mold problem with their fully-automatic washer? I never had this problem with older types of washing machine (non-automatic).

I have a Sanyo Neuro & Fuzzy Logic Washer (model ASW-82HT). For the past few weeks, my laundry has been coming out of the machine with brown sludgy stuff. After doing research on the Internet, I found out that they are molds.

I did everything that was suggested -- run an empty cycle with vinegar (binabad ko pa ang vinegar overnight); run another cycle the following day with bleach. Tapos binabaran ko rin ng hot water. Nabawasan nang konti 'yung brown stuff, pero andun pa rin. I also cleaned the lint filter, inner/outer hose, water inlet, fabric conditioner dispenser. But the problem is still there.

The washer has been with me for a little over a year, so it's no longer under warranty. I tried calling Sanyo and its service centers for help, pero hindi raw nag-ooffer ng cleaning services. Nakaka-frustrate.    I'm actually thinking of disassembling the washer na para linisin ang drum kasi mukhang doon nanggaling ang build-up, kaso baka masira ko naman.

Any tips/help would be most appreciated.

hmmm... bago yan sis sa pandinig ko. i have a samsung fully automatic washing machine din. nababad pa sa ondoy yun nung 2009 pero walang naging problema.

last month, i disassembled it. isa isang tinanggal ang mga turnilyo. binenta ko na. i bought a new one na kasi. sa pag ka katanggal nung mga parts, walang part na may mold ang washing machine ko. pero evident na may kalawang sa ilalim na part since nababad nga ng 2 araw ang washing machine sa bangis ni ondoy

pero ito po ang mga alam ko lang na possible causes ng molds and mildew

1. nakulob ang washer --- after using the washing machine, (wash, rinse and tumble dry) nasara agad ang takip. dapat punasan natin ito or pahanginan muna until dry. kasi kahit gamitin natin yung tumble dry feature nung washing machine, pinpiga lang naman nang maigi nang machine yung mga damit at hindi totally dry hindi kagaya nang mga dryer designed to dry the clothes paglabas ng washer

2. hindi na-drain nang maayos ang washing machine. dapat elevated ang washing machine compared to the drain hose para totally drained ang washer. nung binaklas ko yung washing machine ko, nakita ko na merong tube na almost half a ruler ang haba na nag dudugtong sa dulo ng washer at nang drain hose.

3. may naiwan na unwanted object sa washer, thus may part na nabara. evident to sa mga coins, safety pins and likes. ang mangyayari, clogged ng mga ito yung isang portion nang drain pipe to the drain hose.

so far po, yun lang po nakikita ko. if you wish to have your washer checked by a technician, better do it sa bahay nyo mismo para nakikita mo ginagawa nya. isang turnilyo lang mawaglit, wala na. if you have a fully automatic washing machine, 2 ang makina nyan., isa for washer at isa for spin dry. if you wish to do it yourself, make sure na alam mo paano ibalik yung iba't ibang piyesa. i had difficulty removing the spin dry machine. ang higpit! kinailangan ko nang vice grip and large pliers.

Mukhang ang naging problem ay nakukulob nga. After every use, hindi ko na napapatuyo nang mabuti. Hindi ko naman naisip ang molds kasi yung mga non-automatic washing machines ko dati walang naging ganyang problem.

Ang nakaka-frustrate lang napaka-helpless ng Sanyo Service Center. Tapos yung dadalawa nilang accredited service centers wala ring maitulong, eh willing naman ako magbayad. Pinakiusapan ko na nang masinsinan yung isang service center na buksan lang para makita yung mold problem. Ita-try raw daanan today.

Hay naku, I'm NEVER BUYING anything from SANYO again.

mas prone sa mold ang front loading ones is yours front or top? we have a miele naman after every wash we leave it open. front loading. wala naman sludge pero yung rim sa harap makikita mo may konting stain. matinding linisan ginagawa ng sister ko and hindi man ganun kadami yung mold but it took her around 5 cycles just with bleach to get the mold stain out and check specialty stores if they have machine tablets you can run in the wash that can help clean your machine.

Hi, sis! Top-loader washing machine 'yung sa akin. Sabi nga kahit konting molds palang, dapat linisin agad kasi madali raw talaga dumami.

By the way, I'm so relieved now that the a couple of service center guys have just dropped by the house to check on my washer. Binuksan nila at nilinis lahat, especially the drum. Grabe 'yung sludge -- sama-samang soap / detergent / fabric softener build-up ang andun, kasama yung molds and dirt and lint. Once a year daw dapat ang cleaning ng washer, pang-maintenance na rin. 

Mabuti na lang nalinis ito. I was already considering buying a new one.
