Tawag niya sa pee-pee ay poopoo tapos pag poop naman is "go to the cr".

^^sis stormy_princess

what we do is if he accidentally pee sa undies niya, di ko siya pinapalitan agad.

3yrs 3 months ang son ko.. he doesnt wear his diapers during naptime and the whole day.. at night na lang.. we are 100% successful sa pee.. sa poop minsan may accidents pa din.. Hindi ko alam why he wants to hide under the table or behind the door when he poops.. kaya when he starts running behind the door, we rush him immediately in the toilet..

It also helped us and him when we praise and jump for joy after he pees and poops in the toilet.. he's more encouraged..

I can now say we're 100% toliet trained, my son is 2 and 2 mos, no more diapers even at night kasi even if nakadiaper , gigising at gigising siya para magpee, ayaw niya nang magpee sa diaper niya kaya we decided to remove it totally. Wala namang accidents kasi we make sure na pag me nagpee sa amin ni hubby, isasama siya para magpee na din. ;D

my almost 5yo daughter started potty training at 1.5yo (for wiwi) and was fully off the nappy months before she turned 3. late last year we noticed that she has been having "accidents". though not daily. maybe every other day.

now towards the end of the school year it has been an everyday occurrence already. minsan as much as 3-4 times a day. i have to remind her every hour-1.5hrs to go to the bathroom and do wiwi. before I wasnt strict. If she says she doesnt have to go, I dont push her to. But wala pang 10mins, there's a pool of wiwi already by her feet. So from then on I really require her to sit down in the toilet.

may times naman na when she's napping beside me or we're watching/playing together, i'd smell something. I'd touch her panty and lo and behold damp siya. She'd tell me she doesnt feel naman that her wiwi is going out.

I know what she doing/happening to her is not normal. But I want to know if any of you experienced the same? What did you do?

I already brought her to her pedia yesterday for a checkup. She ordered a urinalysis but she couldn't wait for the results. Im bringing my daughter back on Saturday. Im just concerned kasi my mom's family has a history of kidney illness. I had 5 cousins who had kidney issues; 2 of them underwent operation. My mom naman discovered only when she was an adult that she has only 1 kindey. It was suspected that the other one disappeared when she had a bad UTI episode when she was a kid. Im praying my daughter's case is not as serious as this but more of a 'regression' only.

my son is now 2.5 years old and he's nappy-free during the daytime. we didn't train him, but in the daytime kasi when he turned 2 we'd take off his diaper for a few hours, to let his bottom breathe. we bought the potty back in december. been telling him that's where babies go weewee but he's ignored us kaya we let him be. ayun a month ago he just decided to pee on his potty. i praised him for a job well done and he's been pretty consistent ever since. he's a sound sleeper so naka nappy pa rin sya at night.

2.5 yung daughter ko when she stopped using diapers during daytime. Before she turns 3, i noticed na unused na yung nappy niya sa gabi so tinanggal na namin baka kako ready na siya for a nappy free nights. It turned out ok naman, on the first few weeks di talaga na perfect pero that's ok. Now she's 3.3 and totally nappy free na at night.. she wakes me up pag weewee siya  :)

So happy my son 2 and 1 months is now potty trained!

Napansin ko lang, kasi ako din nagtrain sa mga pamangkin ko and nagbigay din ng tip sa mga baby ng friends ko na hirap magpotty train na kung ayaw ng kids sa potty chair nila, diretso na agad sa CR yan. which worked for almost all of us! tendency kasi, naglalaro lang sila sa potty chair nila, yung girl ko na pamangkin feeling prinsesa pag nakaupo dun, then yung mga boys kala car lang!

with my son, this past few days ayaw na talaga magdiaper! thank God at napalitan ang huggies ng total protection and naghanap ako ibang diaper from Momy POko, pampers, EQ..since then ayaw na nya magdiaper. Lagi nya sabi Remove Remove! or makikita ko nalang wala na cya diaper! so since naka undies nalang cya, ayaw naman nya feeling ng wet and dirty kaya siguro bigla na nya namaster pagcontrol sa poopoo and wee wee nya. :) mas master nya pa poo poo now and kailangan pa ipolish sa weewee pero carry lang! atleast tipid na sa diaper! in time para sa pagdating ng kapatid nya! sabi ko kasi dapat pag lumabas na si baby sister nya (due by AUg), di na cya magddiaper...parang naiintindihan naman nya. :)

I have successfully potty trained my firstborn when he turned 2. With my daughter naman ngayon, she was fully potty trained at 2.7 years old.

With my daughter kasi, I started na no diapers during daytime muna. Eventually, sya na mismo nag-aalis ng diapers nya sa gabi kaya what I did was let her pee before sleeping. With making poop naman, I always remind her to poop sa bathroom lang, and every time na nagagawa nya I showed her how happy I am. I would always tell her very good and I'm so proud of her because she's a good girl kaya all the more na mas na-e-encourage sya  :) we never use pala the potty seats and those toilet seats for toddlers kasi pinaglalaruan lang ::)

My daughter was potty-trained before she turned 3 yo. Maraming "accidents" for weewee pero kahit di nya sinasabi, she gave me a signal whenever she needs to go. Kahit nga nasa potty lumalampas pa rin e... Hehe... For poop naman, naghanap ako ng milk na hindi nakaklambot ng poopsie nya so whenever I see her trying to move na, takbo na kami sa potty or sa toilet (mas mahirap linisin ang poopsie accidents kesa weewee). Also, we watch Elmo's Potty Time Video para maintindihan nya yung concept ng pag weewee & poopsie in the potty. Kinakanta pa namin minsan yung song ni elmo. Hehe...

share ko lang, my 18month old son nagpoopoop na sa toilet, para makatipid sa diaper :-)  my sister told me na pag umire daw si baby di daw agad lalabas poop niya... pag nakita mo umire si baby iupo na daw sa toilet.... i tried it to my son when he turned 12 months... so far ok naman,,, though minsan may stressful moments kasi ang likot likot.... ngayon tinuturuan ko na sha magsabi sa ken,,,, although minsan kahit weewee lang sinasabi niya pooo......  :-)  basta when he poop sa toilet, i always tell him very good sha :-)

my daugther is 2 yrs 6 months old and nappy free na during day time.

meron syangvpotty trainer since she's 1 pero ayaw nya maupo dun, and then when she turned 2 and started eating more solid food nagkaproblem naman ako sa pag poop nya, ayaw nya mag poop, she holds it in tapos iyak say ng iyak kasi syempre masakit, maka poop lang sya talaga pag hindi nya na makaya or kung isuppository ko, grabe pati ako umiiyak nun kasi i know she's in pain when she refuses to poop, nakakaawa sya tignan kasi namamaluktot sya kasi ayaw nya ilabas yung poop nya. she will be miserable for hours even days kasi she tries to hold in her poop.

kaya ginawa ko one good day (when she is not trying to hold her poop) we went to the mall and i let her choose kung anong potty trainer and gusto nya, ang ginawa ko i made her feel like she's buying a toy. she choose a pink potty trainer worth 600+ pesos. then we also bought stickers and i let her design her potty. tapos i let her sit there, and suprisingly she pooped without trouble, and she was happy to see her poop inside her potty, so syempre sobrang praised naman kami. And she never hold her poop since, she likes going to her potty. ever since the day i bought that potty never na sya nagpoop in her diapers, no poop accidents. wiwi accidents lang pag busy sa paglalaro pero halos wala na. she's been like this for 3 months na.

Also when we go to her cousin's place dun din sya sa potty chair ng pinsan ny nag wiwi, ayaw nya kasi sa adult CR.

And be consistent as much as possible, dapat yung ibang caregiver like yaya and family members in the house pag sabihan din na i-encourage yung pag gamit ng potty.

What age ba yung anak niyo independent na sa pag linis sa sarili niya after poopy, like washing or wiping?

My 2 yo son is just starting to potty train.

Mas okay nga kung diretso sa bowl para no clean up, for me the potty taught my son independence sa peepee niya. Its a long process but eventually mag graduate din  ;D
