[rensky]

Hi.Count me in. UPS callcenter agent from clark pamp.high avail dito.

[patriciaheart]

ask ko lang po kasi nalilito ako, ano po ba [textspeak!] 20k na training fee/bond at ibabawas po ba un sa sweldo ko or mawawala sha pag tinapos ko [textspeak!] minimum months of training?

[rosey]

^hindi yun ibabawas sa sweldo mo sis for example, it's a 6 month bond, you have to stay sa company for 6 months. kapag nagresign ka before that, you will be charged the bond amount. pero minsan nawe-waive yun, for example you have to resign due to medical reason.

[Bash]

Pero alam nyo, nabasa ko sa isang website that discusses labor laws, illegal daw yung i-require ka ng Bond for employment.

[rosey]

^true. pero kase kapag inaccept mo yung job offer, it's part of the contract. pero kahit naman may mga bond, nakakaalis pa rin yung iba. yun nga lang hindi ka na makakabalik sa company na yun

[MeatySpaghetti]

aww monday na naman... pasok na naman.... malamig na naman sa opis.... hay sana off na ulit
