hi sis! if you have no problems with the English language, lack of experience and being an undergrad would not be a problem. you should at least have 2 or 3 years of College though, of course you should be 18 and above to be working.  we are currently hiring.. e-mail me your resume or pm me.  if you're interested in working in makati.

Sis, per account kasi sa Call center. Kaya depende talaga kung saan ka mapupunta. I prefer sales because of the commission, not bad kung inbound sales pa.

been in a call center for 3 years and 7 mos. previous company NCO (Q.C.) then Teletech-Bacoor (halu sa Lipa DC ) i just started last Feb.3 pro indi ako agent- under Support/Admin. GY shift 

lapit na end ng shift. sleeping beauty mode!

^i would say the shifting schedule, lalo na pagnatatapat sa graveyard madalas. matagal tagal kasi bago nakakapag-adjust katawan natin fully.
another reason would be stress, lalo na if u handle customer complaints.
maraming call centers na kasi dito sa atin, kung CSR and TSR ang role, marami rin lumilipat coz of higher compensation sa iba, lalo na kung may experience na.

sykes has. sykes q.ave, but i've heard lilipat na cla [textspeak!] sa ortigas. i as with sykes for 5mos lang. Meron din yata sa VXI. now i'm working with TRG ortigas. ang shift ko ngaun ee 11pm-8am. Antok na ko. Sakit na ulo ko.
