I was once advised by my dentist to use floucaril for whitening but she told me the side effects, medyo magiging sensitive nga daw yun teeth ko pag madalas kong gagamitin. the reason daw why Colgate Instant white was recalled long before is because people had been using it without supervision, I mean over the counter daw kasi yun noon kaya akala ng tao pag ginamit ng madalas mas mabilis makaputi ng teeth, what people didnt know was teeth are brittled and more prone to sensitivity when Instant White is used oftenly. makes sense?
So nasa regular use din pala ito...

Im currently using Colgate whitening toothpaste, magssecond week pa lang ako i can see na naglilighten yun teeth ko. Nagsstart magwhite yun tooth edge papunta sa area ng root. nawawala din yun stain. galing mura pa!!!

the best for me ang rembrandt.. too bad wala na akong makita. yung crest kasi super nipis ang dali mag slide sa teeth!

nakakatkot mag pa-teeth bleaching kasi nga magiging sensitive nlng teeth mo. any other option?

^ ayun na talaga best.. mga 2 weeks lang naman siya magiging sensitive (or less!) so konting tiyaga na lang

i tried a lot of whitening toothpastes already: colgate, crest, aquafresh, etc. but none of them showed any dramatic effect.

now i'm using listerine whitening pre-brush rinse. i can see a slight effect after about a month but i'm still not satisfied.

i'm tempted to try the hydrogen peroxide + baking soda. kaya lang parang nakakatakot ang diy.

Crest palang natry ko and nakakangilo ng teeth. Parang maganda yan rembrandt, I use colgate whitening toothpaste wala naman ako nakikitang difference

Naku, i need this! My teeth are a bit yellowish, since i have been drinking coffee since 9 years old, and my day is not complete without coffee. Anghirap tanggalin ng addiction ko sa coffee. Plus i love drinking caffeine-laden drinks

I will ask the dentist bf of my friend nga, kung may suggestions pa siya. Yun easy to source.

^nag-uusap kame ng friend ko na gumamit din, parang feeling namin 2 weeks lang may result na agad eh pero matagal mo sha magagamit kase one bottle naman sha. 75ml lang pala, akala ko kase 100ml pero sulit kung di ka pa makakapagwhitening sa dentist. so kung coffee drinker ka medyo ma-offset nya kahit papano yung pagyellow ng teeth mo.
yung friend ko na nakabili dati sa watsons akala ko nagpawhitening sha sa dentist yun pala yung pierrot ginamit nya kaya naghanap talaga ako nun after ko sha makita. hehe
