^ Actually whitening toothpastes are there for maintenance only that's why you won't see immediate results. Long term use dapat.  Now, if you really want to achieve visible whitening result like our actresses, laser bleaching lang talaga the most effective.. kaya lang super expensive. me, i'm also using Pierrot and in fairness, nag brighten teeth ko and no stains so far since i'm a coffee drinker.  this is good enough for me

i was told by my dentist to use baking soda as bleaching agent for the teeth. of course wala namang immediate or instant result. patience lang sa pag-gamit, nawawala din naman ang mga stains.

i was finally able to try crest white strips and OMG! it's super effective! after 5 strips nag-whiten talaga yung teeth ko. ang dami ngang nakapansin. even sa pictures ko sobrang puti. dati i had to photoshop every single photo i upload sa FB. it even came to a point that i had to cover my mouth when i smile or laugh sa sobrang hiya ko bec my teeth were so yellow na. im so happy with the results.

i was finally able to try crest white strips and OMG! it's super effective! after 5 strips nag-whiten talaga yung teeth ko. ang dami ngang nakapansin. even sa pictures ko sobrang puti. dati i had to photoshop every single photo i upload sa FB. it even came to a point that i had to cover my mouth when i smile or laugh sa sobrang hiya ko bec my teeth were so yellow na. im so happy with the results. 

Sis, yup super effective ang whitening kits ng crest and listerine. Kasi dati, mejo yellowish din ang teeth ko, when i used crest then listerine, super pumuti [textspeak!] sya. my dentist even asked me kanino daw ako nagpalaser ng teeth. hahaha

super satisified. compared sa dental laser procedures, this is so worth it. Imagine, spending at a fraction of the cost ng laser. you can buy it over 1k lang. super puti na tlaga.

^ i actually stopped using crest na.. on my fifth strip kc, nangilo yung ngipin ko after a few minutes of putting them on. although im happy na with the results, i'm still gonna use them for maintenance. i have some left pa kasi and minsan hindi ko maiwasan uminom ng colored sodas.

Ako Crest Supreme Professional Strips. Bought it from ebay noon. Magiging sensitive ang ngipin talaga. Pero ako, after a day, ok na ulit. Sanayan. Kaya minsan I leave the strips for more than 1 hour. Alam kong effective siya after a few strips kasi hindi ko nilalagyan lower teeth kasi mejo crooked and ang hirap idikit ng strips tsaka I smile using my upper teeth. Kaya ok lang na yellowish ang baba kumpara sa taas. So kung 10 strips for upper and 10 strips for lower, sa akin nagiging 20 strips, kasi yung panglower sa upper ko na rin ginagamit.

my sister bought it from cash and carry.. the one she bought is 56 strips for 3.6k ata.. we just split it to 28 strips each. so 14 strips for upper teeth and 14 strips for lower teeth which is good for 2 weeks kung everyday nyo gagamitin.

in my case, hindi ko pa  sya nauubos pero i already achieved the shade i wanted. i suggest maghanap kayo ng ka-share nyo sa isang box para less expenses kasi hindi nyo naman mauubos lahat yun.

about sa pangingilo, i only experience it when i put the strips on. when i take them off, wala na ren pangingilo..
