^Sis are you refering to Crest strips?Yung strips kase sing laki ng band air siguro, one for the upper set of teeth then one for the lower.Plastic strip sha na merong peroxide gel. Depende sa type ng whitening strips mo how long you use it. Pero yung sa akin, Crest Premium, I have to leave the strips on for 30 minutes. Nakalagay sa package I have to use it twice a day (14 strips yung sa akin). Pero never kong ginawa ng tuloy tuloy kasi sobrang sensitive na yung ngipin ko, so I use it kapag feel ko lang.

tama sis... maiksi yung sa Crest.. kaya i divide it into two tapos nilalagay ko lang sya sa part na yellowish na.. kasi ang front teeth ko naman hindi yellow... sa gilid lang..

i use crest whitening strips. and yes, it does go back especially if you drink coffee, tea, wine, or smoke. i rarely drink coffee, but when i do, i rinse my mouth or brush immediately after.

why don't you girls try baking soda mixing with hydrogen peroxide. it's effective. my sis use it and I was amazed. kaya tinry ko din hehe. cheap na effective pa.

Crest whitestrips are really good! Hindi pa tapos yung 14 days, kita mo na kaagad yung effect.

I dont add flavor na hehe. I just add until maging paste like. you have to do it once a week only. madami kasing use and hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. in that way magiging effective ang gagamitin natin na toothpaste.

effective nga yung hydrogen peroxide, i put 2-3 drops sa pang mumog ko after toothbrush, leave it sa mouth for 1 min, then ilang mumog ulit para sure na walang malunok na gamot
i smoke and drink tea pero di naman madilaw teeth ko

I'm also using Opalescence treswhite supreme,  10 pairs siya for upper & lower teeth for 10 consecutive days use.  Since I'm not a smoker, my dentist advised  me to just use 7,  and use the remaining 3 every 6 months or if I feel that I need to, for maintenance.   It costs Php7,500 and I think it's really worth it as i saw an improvement right after my 1st use. My teeth were really yellow (as my bunso used to ask me, why are your teeth so yellow?) There's a little tingling sensation on the 1st 2 days but after that, it's almost unnoticeable unlike Rembrandt where the sensation is really untolerable.

Opalescence din ni recommend sakin ng dentist ko for teeth whitening pero sabi nya sakin one session lang yon sa clinic nya,1 hr daw naka apply sa teeth then wala ng post treatment at home...she quoted 20k kase nga expensive daw ang opalescence though she assured me pang matagalan ang effect and habang tumatagal mas pumuputi daw ang teeth..so, what you're using is different,tama ba?same brand but different approach?layo kase ng price and iba procedure eh...

I also badly need this. Hindi kaya ng strips ang teeth ko.  Eh lagi kasing offer sa akin is laser whitening, and honestly namamahalan ako sa 25k na quote sa akin.

I'll ask around sa SM North/Trinoma if merong nag-offer nito. Or does anyone have recos in the QC area? Ortigas area pwede din.
