marcia, sarap noh? kami ng brother ko, naging ritual namin ang mag SI as form of bonding namin magkapatid. there was a time pa napasubo ako ilibre ang friends nya kasi sinundo nya ata ako nun as my dad sometimes doesn't want me to drive due to my kaskasera tendencies :P :-X nakakatuwa lang kasi kahit 10yrs ang gap namin ok naman kami and pinapakilala nya ako sa friends nya. he even asks me kung maganda ba si ganito o si ganyan. nakakaloka at 1st but i learned to accept the fact narin na my baby brother is a big dambuhalang mama na LOL ;D

re: palo, my mom is the ultimate disciplinarian and napapalo ako from time to time, madalas na reason is lagi ako nagcocolour ng wall namin hehe :P however, since i grew up sa mga lola lolo ko, everytime na papaluin ako takbo agad at sumbong ako sa grandparents ko pag nakita na akong nagtatago sa ilalim ng dining table. winner ang toddler years ko medyo nakakatuwa maalala kasi that was the time na i appreciate my mom so much so kahit na back then i feel that i don't "love" her na kasi she spanks me, at the end of the day inaasikaso parin kasi ako and i know na mali naman talaga ako. aside from ginagawa kong pang mural ang wall namin dati, other reasons for palo sakin is madalas ako magkalat ng toys, ayokong maligo (LOL!) at nagpapakabrat ako  to the point na pag d ako binilhan ng gusto kong toys, i cry in public. pero titigil once my mom gives me "the look". those were the days hehe ;D ngayon ang mga bata d na nakukuha sa tingin! kaloka.

@Marose, the grand mansion is what we have but ours is the first edition.  Maganda talaga ang playmobil. I prefer it more to Lego kasi ang Lego madali masira after building it.  Nice din ang airport, island set, yacht and submarine.

SI is in the food court of Trinoma. I always end up eating there with hubby. Sarap kasi :D

@Lia, with regards to schooling. If you prefer for your child to get a loyalty medal and believe in the trad method, then that's the way to go. With non-trad, the child is the center of attention and the teacher assists the child in learning.

Today, we pack for tomorrow's one day overnight treat. My kids are excited for night swimming. If I could go swimming every night, ok sa akin! Hahaha!

Long day ahead. Everyone have a nice day :D

Pia, no problem.  In case madaan ka lang ulit sa RL outlet or sale sa mall, okay sa akin ang navy din.  Or red and white stripes or navy and white stripes.  Or royal blue.

Grace, I am encouraged by your remarks re Playmobil.  I really want to buy for my kids.  Sobrang cute ang soccer match set.  It moves pa pala like you are really playing the game.

I hope my kids will take care of it.  That can be the start of their collection eh.

I always read in the toy reviews that Playmobil sets can consume hours and hours of a child's time.

mukhang nice nga ang playmobil. i browsed the site.

Re grocery, nagawa ko na yan last Sat, I go to SM Ayala kase at early pa lang bukas na (830AM). I usually do it pagkabukas na pagka bukas to save time since weekends galore. I park na lang dun sa side ng SM Department store, near Intercon Hotel ata kase di pa bukas bridgeway if sa 8th floor Parksquare ako park.

I love grocery shopping in Landmark kase mas mura talaga. We went to Landmark Trinoma last Saturday. Kaso I was looking for Gerber graduates and wala ko nakita so Heinz Rusks binili ko for Zpe just to try. She liked it naman but it was so messy (ganon naman talaga yata).

dette, nako. ganyan si ej now. immature and buhay binata tapos dependent pa. eh for me naman, the world doesn't stop for him. okay lang sana if he has the willingness to change eh kaso wala.

on topic about raising a child well. that's one of my biggest fear right now. i've been thinking about this for days and i even went to the blessed sacrament to pray for this. i'm worrying kasi na if ituloy ko magmove out, mapalaki ko kaya ng maayos si K? but then again, i can't let her grow up din naman seeing his dad's immaturity.

sorry naman!
hahaha! nagbabalik kasi ako sa pagkabata kaya nagkakaganito ako... ewan ba! di kasi kami sagana sa toys nung bata kami.. nakikihiram lang kami and most of my playmates then were my cousins who were boys.. so i grew up playing tumbang preso, luksong baka at awayan ng spiders at ng salagubang :P.... kaya ngayon ako bumabawi sa girly stuff..

may kasalanan ako..
di ko kasi matutukan ang bata pano ba gagawin ko.. sa age nya di sya marunong mag bless.. nakakahiya tuloy.. di kasi ako consistent mag turo.. naturuan ko sya sumagot ng pangalan nya when we ask her what's her name nasasagot nya noon ..pero nawala na rin yun kasi di ko na naulit.. kasi di ba dapat consistent ka.. oh she knows how to say bye with hand signal, kiss, hug, mag suot ng tsinelas or crocs, flying kiss, beautiful eyes..
pero yung mag bless, abc's, sing ng twinkle twinkle little star wala... sabi ko dito sa new yaya ko..bibigyan ko sya ng lesson plan.. tapos every night mag exam sila..
i know it's bad na sa yaya ko binibigay ang job na dapat ako ang magturo.. pero pano pa? i leave home at 7..get home by 8 to 9.. naglalaro na lang kami nun if she's still awake.. or lambingan kami.. weekends i have work on saturdays.. eh minsan pagod na ako.. kelangan matulog.. nakaka-konsensya naman.. sana di ako mapulaan ng anak ko paglaki nya..

kim..
yan reason why my bff is childless by choice..kasi yung hubby nya she thinks is immature.. mainitin ang ulo..

She's young pa naman.  Puwedeng-puwede pang turuan.  Hindi pa huli ang lahat.  Children absorb information like a sponge. :)

Kim, pray to St. Joseph, the patron saint of husbands and ask him to intercede for your intentions regarding your hubby.  Feast of St. Joseph is on March 19.  When I was single and had no boyfriend, I would pray to St. Joseph to help me look for a good husband with qualities that are similar to his qualities.

I agree with Lia, baka communication is the key.  When you talk to EJ, do not do so kapag galit or inis ka sa kanya. You have to allow him the benefit of the doubt.  After all, ilang months pa lang ba kayong nagsasama?  The first two years of marriage talaga ay adjustment period.  Also, do not sweat the small stuff.  Lagi kong nire-remind ang sarili ko kapag naiinis ako sa husband ko on petty things na the small stuff do not make or break the marriage.  In the end kasi, what really matters to me is that he is a good person and a responsible husband and father.  Ako ang type of person who wants to have the last word in an argument.  But when I got married, I let go of that tendency and hinabaan ko talaga ang pasensiya ko.  Kaya naman, magkasundo kami.  We rarely fight, and usually hindi ko sinasalubong ang init ng ulo niya.

she's  1 1/2 yrs old.. she can say some words na and pag inuutusan ko na ibigay na ang chupete nya sa akin she understands naman and gives it to me.. kahit na iniiyakan ako habang binibigay yung chupie nya...nakakaintindi sya when i say in will turn off the tv....pero yung mga usual tricks ang wala kami.. bless, abc's, eyes, ears, nose, mouth.. sawsaw suka (old school lang)

thanks lia and marose for the words of advice. much appreciated. i try as much na nga na hindi salubungin galit niya eh but to no avail. when i spoke to him about moving out, i gave him a week to think about it para naman he won't feel pressured. pero ganun pa din eh. he's not willing to let go of his current lifestyle or maybe not yet ready or maybe... not with me. i even asked him if he thinks that this is just an adjustment period and he said no, he doesn't think so.

where is st. joseph? is his feast march or may 19?

nesz, ditto! we have our children anyway.. :) i love reading a book to K nga lately eh. i got it from book sale. i always get teary eyed when i read to her: "....you are my love, my life, my all." then ang start and end niya is: "to be as happy as can be, all we need is you and me."
