hi mga sis, i just want to share my recent experience. Gusto ko lang din ilabas
[textspeak!] inis ko dito sa friend ko. Please allow me..
Last week, a friend texted me and was asking if i know someone who is willing to work part-time, she said it was an advertising job, that the position is newly opened and was limited only. So, I recommended my husband who is currently looking for a part-time job. I asked for more details about this part-time job, what exactly is the position, how much is the salary, what's the name of the company - the basic details. She said it was an online advertising job and then she said that my husband should first attend a briefing. I asked her if I could accompany my husband since he is not familiar in the vicinity. I told my friend that while my husband is in the briefing, maybe we could catch up on our lives, you know.. chika chika muna. She said that I am also welcome to join the briefing.
So my husband asked his boss if he could adjust his working hours to an earlier time (which was not normally done). He traveled all the way from Fairview just to go Makati, and it was raining that day. So we met my friend an hour before the scheduled briefing, we kept on asking her for details, but she was very vague about it. Sabi nya lang, ayoko pangunahan
[textspeak!] magprepresent. Kahit anong kulit namin na bigyan nya kme ng idea, eh hinde nya sinasagot, either she'll change the topic or will answer in a cryptic way. Biniro namin na baka naman MLM yan. Sabi nya what's wrong with MLM. But I gave my friend the benefit of the doubt. Pinagtanggol ko pa
[textspeak!] friend ko na why would she tell a lie to me. Sabi nya advertising job eh.
To cut the story, it was indeed an MLM! We were annoyed but we did not show it or tell my friend about it. Sabi nila before the briefing, "NO COMMITMENTS (daw)". We continued with the briefing and endured all their speeches on how great their incomes are, how they were able to afford luxuries and stuff because of this MLM company. In the end, we gave our honest answer that the company and product are very good and that it was very enticing for us to join them but with our current situation, we could not shell out YET that much (37K) considering that we have other financial obligations at the moment. We added that maybe by the end of this year or early next year, we will join them. Eto na ngayon, since pwede ang credit card, pwede naman daw icredit card 12mos to pay. OR baka daw may kilala kame na magpapahiram samin. WHAT THE... there were about 3 persons (including my friend!!) insisting us na ipangutang nalang namin
[textspeak!] P37,000. Nagdiscuss pa
[textspeak!] isa about the difference ng bad debt at good debt (as if di ko alam
[textspeak!] difference!!!). AKALA KO BA NO COMMITMENT?! eh bakit parang kinukulit ninyo kame na mangutang para makajoin.
Di pa dun natapos ang kwento, my friend texted me again, kinukulit nya ulit ako. After that nakatanggap ako ng mga text from her. Sabi nya mas risky daw
[textspeak!] ginagawa namin na business (my husband is into car buy and sell, btw) unlike sa MLM nya. Na mas malaki daw
[textspeak!] nilabas namin for the car eh hinde naman daw weekly may bumibili ng kotse unlike sa supplements nila na weekly may bumibili. And may mga sinabi pa siyang offending statements about how we handle our finances and about our lifestyle. I was really upset with her! How could she judged me and my husband's business in which she knows nothing about. Wala naman syang first-hand experience in auto buy and sell. And she's not in the position to tell me how I should handle my finances. In fact, wala nga syang narinig from us at hinde nga kme nagalit sa kanya nung niloko nya kme sa "advertising job" nya. Andami ko pwedeng sabihin sa kanyang negative, pero hinde ko na tinuloy, I still value our friendship and I hope marealize nyang nagcross na sya ng bounderies.
Sabi pa pala nya "TRUST ME, I will help you all throughout with your journey to this MLM"

DUH!! How can i trust her kung sa umpisa palang nagsinungaling na sya saamin.
[textspeak!] product and compensation scheme. Wag nalang.
