Close ba kayo ng Officemates nyo?

i just transferred december 1, so bago pa lang ako but so far, okay naman my officemates, but shempre, hindi pa ko ganon ka-casual at nakikiramdam pa... my previous office, close kame ng mga tao ko and the editors, but yung mga ibang department, keber lang, hehe

ako wala... ewan ko ba minsan feeling ko loner ako... meron akong isang kasundo mabait naman sya... kasi feeling ko lahat sa office namen plastik...

nope hindi talaga. tapos parang may issues pa yung iba. pero kung sila lang, feeling ko close sila. bago palang kasi ako..newbie.. but i didn't feel a warm and inviting atmosphere even in my first few weeks although tinutulungan ako kapag i have trouble with a call. (working at a callcenter eh) parang they don't reach out to me that much.. i don't know.. is it me? haha. eh ako naman i'm not the kind of person who opens up first. kaya eto.. just working, not really enjoying their company doesn't matter much to me. i work to earn money anyway, not socialize. i have real friends outside of work who knows me more. so i'm not troubled.

Nag aalangan na lately. Pag dumadami kayo parang mas gumugulo kasi me sasabihin si ganito about ke ganyan tapos si ganyan ke ganire. Pero pag magkakasama parang ang sasasaya naman. Naku nakakalungkot plastikan lang pala tapos parang feeling ko nega ng vibes pag ganun. Ginagawa ko di na lang din ako nag co comment kung me observation din ako kasi anytime baka mapasama din ako.

Ive been 7months in my present work pero parang di ko pa din sila ganun ka close. Parang walang teamwork paminsan.

i only maintain few friends in the office. i'm not super close with everyone na tipong mag-confide ng personal problems. civil lang.

i've once had a guy best friend kaso he resigned and in the US na.

I started working for the company last Feb lang. I can say we can talk about some stuff kaso ako rin kase I avoid being too close with officemates, mahirap na ganun sa work. Hay, kalungkot lang kase meron akong mali nagawa that my supervisor didn't like and I think she's so upset with me.

the last job i had, super closed and attached ako sa kanila, the new one naninibago pa ako. i can't say closed kami but we greet each other.pwede na ba yun? hehe

Close ko pa rin iyun mga ka-batch ko na kasabay ko pumasok sa company. Hindi na sila affiliated sa company pero we still meet up from time to time and call each other up.

Pero iyun mga current officemates ko, ok din naman so far. Hindi kasing close ng ka-batch ko pero we're ok. I am not very comfortable sharing my personal life with them for some reason. hehe. But we have a good relationship.

Somehow, better na rin for me, para iba ang environment ko at work and outside.

We have male colleagues here na masyadong mainit sa mata ng mga managers. Kung tutuusin, wawa cus they never seem to do anything right para sa mga bosses. The thing is it's their fault din naman cus ilan beses silang nahuling nags-sleep, nagfo-forge ng attendance, and puro reklamo sa work when they're not doing so much naman. I'm civil with them naman but I try not to be too friendly anymore kase nakakapagod ang negativity nila. Puro issues kaliwa't kanan and puro bashing ang nalalaman to think na mga lalake ang mga to.

sa previous company ko, yes...super close...we can tell anything under the sun...ang bonding kasi namuo dahil sa work na din...teamwork..parang pamilya na....

but sa current company ko, hindi. merong gap pa din...merong kanya kanyang buhay...kasi our boss even mentioned to us that we are here to work not to gain friends...bonus na lang yon...kaya medyo aloof kami sa kanya..

although merong times na we tell personal happenings...pero i can't conside that na close kami,....kasi ang definition ko dyan, e yung walang hiya-hiya...kahit murahin ka, ok lang..meaning joke time yon, not na murahan na galit...yung pacute lang habang nagkukentuhan at hindi nagsisiraan

6 months on the job and I am still just on "Hi, Hello" terms with most of my officemates.  I guess it's because most of them have been working together for almost 3 years na and recently lang sila naghire ulit (me), so ayun super tight na sila, and as for me, let's just say I'm outside that circle.  Nevertheless, I still enjoy going to work kasi I love what I do.

Ako ang masasabi kong close ko na walang issue sa akin ah siguro 2 hanggang 4  lang sila, pero the rest civil lang officemates lang! well office issues yung tipong maraming issue na wala ka namang maisip na ginagawa mo.
