Close ba kayo ng Officemates nyo?

How is your relationship with your colleagues? Do you treat them as your friend, barkada or is your relationship purely professional?

Im lucky to be in an environment na parang kabarkada ko na officemates ko. We go out every week! We work hard (meaning office hours wala talagang pansinan, focus sa work except pag break) but we party HARDER! haha.

It really helps coz masaya ang nagiging magaan ang work.

Hindi kami magka-ka-close pero hindi rin naman kami magkaka-galit.. Nagtutulungan kami.. Pero wala akong kabarkda or kaibigan talaga.. Ako lang ang Pinoy sa office.. Halos lahat indians and british...

love, money, non-sense topics, sensible topics, music, boy talk, girl talk, mostly nga lang eh.. green talks... 

professionally, definitely yes... everybody does their own thing and if someone needs help, walang keber, tumutulong... that is why I am so thankful that I have them as may colleagues...

our division is very small and we are only about six people. yes, we're pretty close as we eat lunch together everyday. we talk about current issues, work issues, occasional family/love problems. we're also loyal when it comes to work. we always push for the benefit of the entire team.

but once the work ends, we also have other lives. we don't go out para gumimik since most of us have families of our own. we keep our own sets of friends outside of work.

there are 5 people in my team including myself.

hindi kami close in the sense na chummy or friends who tell each other everything, though sometimes we talk about personal stuff. we work very well as a team, our boss said maganda ang rapport among the team members. we all get along fine. we all used to be smoking buddies before i became their boss. i quit smoking around the same time i got promoted so now i distance myself a bit.

we try to go out about once a quarter, including our scottish boss.

I'm close with a few people. The rest I'm either indifferent to personally (although we have a professional relationship) or there's those who are into dirty office politics who I try to avoid.

yes with my officemates dun sa first job ko, we were all fresh grads kasi, halos same age kami, lahat kami staff pa lang, wala pang corporate politics sa amin. sabay sabay kami naggrow, napromote etc etc. We were able to create true friendship. as in true friendship we all say. now wala na kami lahat sa company na yun pero the friendship is still there, abay kami sa kasal ng isa't isa, ninang at ninong sa anak ng isa't isa. we still see other once in a while and ganun pa din kami kaclose. each one of us agree na yun time na magkakasama kami sa work ang pinaka the best years of our working life.

now, purely professional lang , close close kapag nasa office pero it doesnt extend out of the office. may kanya kanya na kaming buhay after office.

but still, kinukuha pa din akong ninang ng mga anak nila

hmmm close kami pag dating sa work related issues/activities but personally, hindi. =D may ibang set of office friends ako na ka close ko talaga outside of work =)

yep close naman kame.. lagi nagbibiruan and masaya.. nagkakakwentuhan din about personal stuff.. isa sila sa mga reasons kung bakit nag-stay pa ako dito

I'm closer to some people than others. There are so many of us in the office eh so it's kind of impossible to develop close relationships with all of them. The ones I do hang out with here are my friends outside of the office too. We hang out sometimes, for a beer or whatever.  I also managed to get several of them into running, so we all run once in a while and we join races together.My closest friend in the office also happens to be my neighbor, so on weekends sometimes I crash in her place. She has a swimming pool kasi haha!

4 lang kami s accounting dept, so i can say naman n close din kami, pag work serious work talaga, pag may deadline hindi n nagpapansinan pero pag lokohan naman grabe din kami, tawanan to the max talaga, we also talk stuff, family/love life, things that are happening, they talk about their kids (since ako n lang ang walang kid samin, nakikinig lang ako, hehe) sometimes lumalabas din kami pero bihira lang and laging damay yung mga asawa at mga kids nila
