hmmm.. ganun ba.. mag 1 year naman na ang baby ko.. hindi ko naman sa hinihingi may mangyaring masama kay baby, pero iba pa din kung may feeling of security lalo na for emergency cases. i guess, we will call maxicare nalang to verify.

covered ang dependents from 3mos-21yrs old

we also have maternity benefits, dental and optical

Sa hubby ko medicard c/o sa company. dependent nya son namen. ako naman walang hmo card kase may hospital ang company namen and libre kame sa TMC ginawa kong dependent son ko c/o company pa din, medocare naman ang hmo card nya on my side.

sa amin ni baby ko, cocolife c/o company. problem is pedia nya di accredited. para malibre sya sa check-up, we have to go to the coordinator pa. so, what i do is i pay na lang his pedia for his check-ups, mura lang naman fee ni pedia nya.

What health card to you have? I used to have philamcare

1. Covered ba pregnancy/delivery nyo? Yes pero hindi full 50% lang
2. How much ang covered? 150k
3. Did you use your health card? No, hindi pa ako buntis that time, and iba pa co. ko nuon
4. Is it health card + philhealth? Yes
5. Direct by-card payment or thru reimbursement? Direct by-card

1. Covered ba pregnancy/delivery nyo? pregnancy tests and pre-natal visits lang, plus sa delivery 40k lang ang covered (For CS delivery to). Yung meds ibang benefit yun.

2. How much ang covered? 150k

4. Is it health card + philhealth? Hindi ako sure dito. Iba din kase yung nakuha ko sa philhealth.
5. Direct by-card payment or thru reimbursement? Depends. If the doctor and hospital is Maxicare affiliated then Direct by Card pero kung hindi, reimburse na lang.

hindi pa ako nanganganak pero alam ko naman na details. hehe. kasi super limited talaga eh

ang included lang eh consultations kahit nga mga simple labs hindi kasama eh

kahit mga cbc or urinalysis eh hindi kasama eh... nakakalungkot talaga. pero thankful nadin kasi kahit 350/visit eh tipid na din
2. How much ang covered? Wala
3. Did you use your health card? I can't use it kasi hindi covered ang pregnancy
4. Is it health card + philhealth? Alam ko separate ito.
5. Direct by-card payment or thru reimbursement? n/a

1. Covered ba pregnancy/delivery nyo? Yes, covered sa policy ng husband ko with Maxicare. Delivery only
2. How much ang covered? Up to 250 thou
3. Did you use your health card Yes
4. Is it health card + philhealth - Deduct Philhealth first then Health card na5
5. Direct by-card payment or thru reimbursement?
No cash out on our part. Maxicare arranged payment with the hospital before I was discharged.

What health card to you have? when i gave birth before, my husband was on consultancy basis so he doesnt have a healthcard. we were using then intellicare thru my office. now we're covered with maxicare (co/o husband). there's also here in the office but i never get to use it

1. Covered ba pregnancy/delivery nyo? with intellicare, no. only the checkups which i wasnt able to use since my OB is a realtive. all checkups plus sonograms were done free by my OB. With Maxicare, my pregnancy and delivery (if meron) will be covered. but since im declared as a dependent, mas maliit compared to when you're the primary
2. How much ang covered? will have to check on this
3. Did you use your health card? throughout the pregnancy, no.
4. Is it health card + philhealth - same as marose. deduct philhealth first. i also used my SSS benefit. it was more than enough to cover almost everything since I didnt have to pay for my OB's and Pedia's PF (both are relatives

5. Direct by-card payment or thru reimbursement?
SSS was given before I gave birth. For maxicare, i think will be deducted from the final bill. will just need to coordinate with the hospital's maxicare rep

Ours is medicard which only covers pre and post natal check ups. Buti pa the health card with my previous company, may delivery coverage for both normal and CS tapos there's medicine allowance pa.

2. How much ang covered? 75k sa checkup, 20k sa delivery (sa NSD)
