Sis, it depends on the type of coverage you will get for your dependent/s.  If you want na same as yours, you can get the same coverage for them.

we have a healthcard which is part of the employees benefits in our company and our broker is Maxicare, although maganda ang coverage for employees but for dependents, it's a different story..

so i enrolled my kids to MEDICARD  .... very useful and maganda ang coverage specially sa mga kids....

Nung nasa Philippines pa kami, Philamcare (company benefit) covered ako pati ang baby ko without paying any premium.Ok ang Philamcare dami doctors and hospital na accredited. Mula nanganak ako until sa well baby check up covered nya plus mga vaccines. Siguro depende din mga sis sa Policy Coverage na kinuha ni company

kami naman ni baby is under my hubby health benefit, although may work ako wala naman kami sa office nun. Swerte na lang si hubby meron, at maganda pa. Pabag-bago din sila pro ngayon medicard kaya maganda yung benefits. Actaully 1 person lang libre sa benefit nila tapos yung add'l babayaran ni hubby ng 50%.

Si pedia namin hindi under nung medicard sa hospital na pinapa-check-up nmin so we still pay for PF. Pro nagagamit namin sya sa ibang hospital same pedia. Nagagamit ko yun sa ER, laboratory, optha nya.

We have maxicare, one of hubby's company benefits. Useful siya samen though hindi kame pumupunta sa maxicare doctors.  I don't know if it's just me, pero iba yung treatment ng healthcard doctor kaysa yung ikaw mismo nagbabayad.  Ang ginagawa na lang namen is reimburse lahat.  Pati vaccines ng mga bata.  Mas gusto ko ng magabono muna at wait yung pera (which is full amount reimbursement for vaccine pero sa check up hindi).

^ yep ask mo. pero alam mo weird. kase ang nagsabe lang nyan sa husband ko is yung mga coworkers niya who are doing the same thing.

so when he asked their HR handling maxicare sabe hindi daw covered. basta ginagawa lang nila pass lang sila ng pass ng remibursement requirements and binabalik naman sa kanila. hahaha!

^aww! sayang naman, wala kasi hubby, kaya if ever hindi din namin mabibigay sa HR, pero subukan ko tawagan.

even in the booklet, nakalagay di covered yung vaccinations. if puwede palang reimbursement, sayang yun. i dont get to use my baby's healhcard for checkup since my lola is her pedia.

sis covered ba ang vaccines using intellicare or yung consultation lang? company benefit din kasi ng hubby ko mga dependents eh, we're just waiting for our 9-day-old daughter's birth cert eh.

hi, i used to be an hr practitioner facilitating maxicare reimbursements of our employees for 2 yrs,maxi kase hmo namin when i was still working,last yr lang ako nag retire/resign... ndi covered w/maxicare ang vaccines ng pedia, baka kase ndi detailed nakalagay na services rendered sa official receipt kaya nakakalusot w/maxi or sa claim form baka iba nakalagay...

^^may maternity assistance ba ang Intellicare? by how much? kasi yung sa ofc namin na cocolife, nung ma-miscarry ako i got P5k same amount pag normal delivery daw, then ngayon na-CS ako ang sabi sa HR namin i'll be getting P20k daw.

nope sis, naka indicate talaga na vaccine siya. isa pa ngang requirement with the receipt and certificate from the pedia, is yung copy ng baby book which nakasulat na kung anong vaccine yung binigay.

siguro depende din talaga sa contract ng company yan with maxicare.

and sa totoo lang, the person handling their maxicare parang laging may sablay sa information. kaya ginagawa ko sa maxicare ako mismo tumatawag

Sino dito gumagamit ng Fortunacare?

Gusto ko lang sana malaman kung nagamit nyo ba for lab tests sa first year ng membership nyo yun card?

Kinuha ko kasi ang dad ko ng fortunecare and paid the whole annual fee because I thought na mgagamit nya yung card for lab tests. But then, when my father went to fortunacare in FEU, they said na hindi daw magagamit ang card for lab test kasi unang taon pa lang daw.Sa 2nd year pa daw magagamit ang card for PEC.
