Pole Dancing

I had my first pole dancing class yesterday at 360. Masaya and challenging. At masakit sa katawan. Masakit pa din katawan ko until now. Wala kasi akong exercise lately plus I gained weight kaya siguro sobrang hirap ako. Tapos madali pa akong magkapasa kaya may pasa ako hita. Pero tutuloy ko pa din ang classes.

^hello! 5 yung poles and we're 4 in the beginner's saturday class kaya ok lang. Not sure how it is for their tuesday sched. for 400php, I'd say the rate is cheap pa nga e. Pero kung sharing ang poles, bitin siguro ang 1hr.

hi mga sis, baka may gusto sa inyo sumama sa akin magpole dance sa may makati area. sa 360 fitness polecats ata nandun.. baka may taga -south dito na gusto sumama sa akin. gusto ko rin kasi may kasama, kaya lang puro ata taga north kayo. 

Just stumbled sa thread na toh, ive been wanting to try this out. NTry mo na sis? Tga south ako, and meron sa bf homes mas malapit for south people, dun sa Symmetry Dance Studio? Havent tried pa dn tho:)

Yay! So glad may thread dito. I just had my first session kanina para  sa 360 ortigas. ok naman sya. sobrang gusto ko na bumalik para ma practice. sino dito ang dun nagpupunta?

^yes sis. first time ko last week, so mejo hirap pa. haha. Anong level mo na?

Beginners 1 palang ako sis, mga naka 6-7 sessions na ko. Hirap yung first few sessions pero ngayon, nafifeel ko na lumalakas na rin ako. Baka naman nagkasabay na tayo last week di lang natin alam

^sis, nag private session ako kasi sobrang nahihiya ako. haha pero I heard na konti lang naman pala ang tao sa class so keri ko na sumali sa saturday. haha sa hapon ka ba?

^i see. Last month, saturdays ako nag-aattend, sa class ni Amaya. but this month, weekdays usually. I try to attend sessions at least 2x a week.

Naku sis wag ka na mahiya.  In class, everyone is supportive of each other naman. And this is one thing I appreciate about poledancing--there's some sort of sisterhood bond that develops over time.

^ naku sis 2010 pa yung last pole session ko, hirap kase am from the South wala naman malapit dito. yung sa BF malayo pa din for me. haaaayyyy when kaya magkakaron dito
