@shuffle_dude11 yes, magkano classes ng pole dancing sa movement, sis?  pero parang pinakaclose sa budget ko yung sa dance station. parang ang mahal kasi sa polecats. hehe

3500 unlimited classes for 30 days. may pole fitness, beginner and intermediate sila. may discount pa kapag 2 months or longer. 
meron din one type of class lang. nakalimutan ko how much.

tried pole dancing sa movement. very challenging siya for me. lalo na kapag nakikita mong nagagawa ng mga taong mas malalaki or mas bata pa sayo. will have 3 sessions this week. pag maganda ang performance ko, baka seryosohin ko siya and magenroll na ko for real. nagiging strong yung arms ko because of this.

^ nagtry din ako sis once. kaloka. di na ko umulit. humuhulas kamay ko kahit naman na nangalahati na yung midsize na alcohol ko sa kamay. maybe kabado. just thinking of that experience nagiging sweaty ulit palms ko. super pasmado naman kasi talaga ako. waepek lang talaga yung alcohol.

and the thing is, hirap na hirap ako buhatin katawan ko using my arms. grabe super weak arms ko e. kaya di na ako umulit.

I have a friend from Polecats, Kayleen. She's a HS friend. When I first saw her pole dance, I got really interested. But as much as I want to take classes from her, I'm in Baguio now so it's impossible. She said I should take classes when I'm in Manila, but I don't usually stay long in the city anymore. I just hope there are pole dancing classes here in Baguio. I also want to have my own pole at home (well, at least my hubby likes the idea, too) but the ones I find in the internet are quite expensive.

^yung alcohol ba sis is para maging makapit yung hands? akala naming magoofficemates, yung alcohol is para hindi magkapantal yung balat mo.. yung mga officemates ko kasi nagkaka butlig2x eh..

^ pag pasmado sis. para di pagpawisan. nagddry kasi balat pag nilagyan ng alcohol e.
pero in my case that time di talaga siya nagdry. kabado siguro.
until now, iniisip ko palang yung nagpole ako. nagiging mas sweaty lalo palms ko

Hi mga sis, for those interested. Meron na rin pole classes sa robinsons galleria. Usually around 8-9PM sya..try searching for CAPITAL G. Un [textspeak!] name nung studio sa galleria. Am currently enrolled sa polecats now pero nagulat ako at mas mura dun sa Capital G. It's like Php 1500 for a 5 session class card.

i tried na sa movement using ensogo vouchers. ok siya. ang problem ko lang is that ang hirap magpasked sa pole classes. parating puno. pero the few times i was able to get in, ok siya. magandang pangtone ng arms and abs.

mukhang ok naman yung price sa mds and ok din sakin location, pero due to my work sched baka mgwalk in nlang ako plagi .. anoano ba kailangan na type of clothes?if pole dancing yung maabutan kong sched for that day pwd bang nakapants?

hi mga sis, baka may gusto sa inyo sumama sa akin magpole dance sa may makati area. sa 360 fitness polecats ata nandun.. baka may taga -south dito na gusto sumama sa akin. gusto ko rin kasi may kasama, kaya lang puro ata taga north kayo.

kaso baka next year na kasi galing pa sa injury yung ankle ko
