^ How much is the pole dancing in Polecats? I want to try. I'm into Gymnastics right now and nakasama ko si Ciara Sotto last month sa Gymnastica. She's so good. Ang lakas ng upper body niya.

Mga sis i am taking pole and aerial silk classes at club gymnastica pasig.

Yung trainer ko together with her friends opened a studio at kapitolyo pasig. Search niyo na lang beast house aerial and pole dance studio.

Haven't tried this yet but i'm really interested. I'm so inggit with my friend who constantly post pictures of her doing a sexy pole dance. Looks very cool. Makapag-google nga saan may malapit na pole dance studio.

^ haven't tried beast house. Nakatamaran ko din na kasi saka conflict sa sched. Pero ang alam ko is 300 per session pag walk in.

Polecats in Makati offers classes for beginners. 400 for walk-in, 200 for members. Classes every tuesday and saturday. No free trial though. I just inquired a while ago.

Hello pole sisters! 😁 ask ko lang where do you usually buy your pole gears and accessories? Inspired ako ngayon. Katapos lang ng miss pole dance  Asia Pacific 😁 yung ibang classmates ko Kasi sa pole ang nice ng mga pole shorts nila. Gusto ko din ng ganun kumikinang 😁 BTW beginners to intermediate one palang ako sa pole. Pero babalik ako sa beginners. Siguro three times ko kukunin ang beginners course dahil tamad ako mag pole practice. Tips naman Jan sa mga pro na. TIA

What to expect if you're a beginner in pole dancing?

^in my experience, medyo awkward and nahihiya ako nung una. Nung first session ko, I was taught one super basic spin and one pose. Ang hirap for me na walang ibang physical activity and not at all athletic. Hehe. Pero liberating and fun sya eventually. Super bait ng teachers sa polecats. 😊
