^ Haynako, dear. Go ka na kung type mo magpole. May mga warm-ups naman that target one's flexibility. Ako medyo lampa and walang pag-asa ang flexibility pero after a month, kaya ko na magfull split. Nagulat din ako na nakaya ko eh.

share ko lang mga sis.  yung show ni kc concepcion, simply kc, featured pole dancing this week.  guest si ciara sotto and while i don't like her, i must admit she looked damn fine!  and she said pole dancing was her only workout!  she looked really fit and strong, while kc looked kinda flabby haha.

^ I'm friends with Ciara. Sabay kami dati pole, strip, and belly. She stopped when she got married. I stopped kasi summer (ayoko ng bruises). Sabi nya nagpopole na ulit siya. Ako late July babalik or August na. Pero very flexible na talaga siya dati pa. Bilis ng pick up nya sa mga positions and moves.

^sis ako din matagal ko na gustong magtry. pa-update kung saan yung location sa makati and rates. maganda yung everyday may schedule sila for pole dance beginner sayang nga lang at medyo late na. 6pm kasi ang out ko sa office

edit: found the address of the "movement" studio in makati. Hindi pala siya named Movement Studio na parang sa Ortigas.
