i just saw last night sa rated k, yung ginamit nila na airplane is zest air

they went to cebu. mukhang ok naman na yung zest air. d ko pa rin naexperience, but i'll soon experience it. sa 28 na alis namin papunta bohol

i'll be going to Cebu thru Zest Air...ano ba plane yun? A320 ba?

i heard so many complains on flights getting delayed, etc....which is sa akin eh...nakakainis pero okay narin...for safety reason...pero other than those complainsts...meron bang nag crash na zest air? dun me super scared

the flights we took to and from boracay were delayed! nung papunta, by 1 hour - we boarded the plane on time but we had to wait 1 hour inside the plane before it took off. the flight back to manila was late 2 hours!

wala pa naman ako bad experience with zest air..and i hope wag naman sana magkaron ng prob sa mga susunod na flights! yung flight namin 2 weeks ago ok naman, walang hassle, napunta pa nga kami sa earlier flight and di naman sya scary then pauwi to manila on time naman, di naman delayed flight namin

and we're going to fly again with zest air this august to bora and then september to bohol..sana smooth din ulit flights namin and sana maganda ang weather .

yun nga lang zesto lang ang drinks LOL pero pwede naman magdala ng food and drinks so lumalafang pa din kami! hehe

have anyone tried cebu-manila and vice versa na flight? okay po ba? plan kasi namin ng mga friends ko pumunta ng baguio by august. and since low rates sila, we might as well grab the opportunity. safe po kaya???

^ sis we tried cebu manila flight, kasi yung papunta namin was manila bohol.

ok yung flight namin, on time, walang delays. 1st flight kasi yung kinuha namin pauwi ng manila.

4 hrs delayed ang flight nila mama to bohol today

^ swerte pa mom mo sis madhel. yung sa amin nacancel talaga. our flight was supposed to be nung may 28 (thursday) at 9am. tapos sabi delayed daw, mga 11am something na. then biglang 3pm something tapos finally 5:30pm ata yun. then pinasakay na nila kami sa airplane... tapos ang tagal bago umalis kasi nagaantay pa ng instruction if clear for take off... tapos biglang after a while canceled na daw dahil sa sunset limitation. wala daw kasing ilaw ang runways sa bohol. nasayang sobra yung isang araw namin! lahat nagreklamo... tapos sabi isasakay na lang daw kaming lahat sa plane papuntang cebu tapos magferry daw from cebu to tagbilaran. e nagreklamo yung mga from cebu/tagbilaran mismo na mahirap daw makakuha ng ferry dahil peak season. so ang ginawa na lang ay dinala kami sa regalia hotel sa may cubao. and provided us with accomodation at dinner. yung dinner grabe 11pm na ata dumating. tapos ang call time namin kinabukasan is at 2am, dahil 3am daw aalis ang bus papunta sa airport kasi 5am yung flight! pero hindi rin kami nakaalis by 5am kesyo meron daw hindi nagcheckin na passenger at nagroll call pa bawat passengers. sobrang galit na talaga lahat ng pasahero... puro pasensya naririnig namin. wala na kaming pasensya sobrang stretched na ang patience! kainis! kaya lahat kami dun swore na never na uli kami magzest air.

kanina pala yung flight namin pabalik, nadelay din. dapat 11am pero 1:30 na nakaalis. at nagkita kita rin uli kami nung mga kasabayan namin nung thursday/friday

tapos paglanding sa airport diba sinasabi yung hope we see you again on someday on one of our flights ek ek? halos lahat sumagot ng "ASA". ahahaha!

pero yung ibang flights nila ok naman. delayed minsan mga 30mins lang especially yung flights going to caticlan.

siguro nagkataon lang na iisa lang yung airbus na ginamit kasi sira daw yung tatlo. pero still never uli ako magzest air.

sa kanila ni mama, they waited for the plane na galing surigao
tapos yun naghatid sa kanila sa bohol
sana wala ng maging problema pagbalik nila sa 2

natawa po ako sa officemate ko who happen to have a GC from SCB. icclaim na po nya sana since may balak sila mgboracay ng friend nya. pero nung mgclaim na cya, sinabihan cya na may babayaran pa cyang surcharge, tax, etc etc since hindi yun covered sa GC nya. at umabot lang naman ng tumataginting na 3000 babayaran nya. kaya yun, ngPAL nalang cla.hehe.

i haven't tried zest air but i want to try it soon. affordable kasi yung flights. kaso naman, ano ba tong mga delayed delayed na to?as in lagi ba? yung itinerary kasi namin usually is based sa flight schedule namin. so pag delayed, yari na.

@pinkychel, kami rin meron nung gc from SCB. tapos yun nga may additional charges pa pala. kaya hindi rin namin nagamit, sayang lang. ewan ko ba kung kanino dapat mainis, kung sa zest air or sa SCB ba dapat.

@ikay_08, i spent one whole day sa terminal 1 at lahat ng flights that day ng zest air delayed. yung onti lang talaga na oras na delayed is yung going caticlan. the rest (cebu, tagbilaran) delayed na. just hope na ayos lahat ng planes ng zest air at hindi madedelay ang isang flight kasi pag delay na ang isa, delay na lahat.

huwag naman sana madelay flight namin next week. Nung last na alis namin, nadelay din ng 2 hours eh papuntang Tagbilaran. Pero yung pauwi hindi naman delayed.

just want to share my experience with zestair...

we went to bora kasi last May 27 and super ok naman yung flight namin with zestair... we have our flight on time at very smooth din ang travel namin and nakarating kami sa bora in just 45min... coz we're expecting na 1 hour or more pa yung byahe namin...

kaso the problem is yung sa case ng friend namin.. their flight to bora is May 28 of 2pm... we're expecting them around 4pm and we're waiting for them para makapag-gala na kami sa bora kaso 4pm nasa manila pa rin sila, umabot na ng 5,6pm nasa manila pa rin sila then mga 8pm they called us and super badtrip sila coz delayed na nga daw yung flight and instead sa caticlan airport sila ibaba, sa calibo or aclan ata sila napunta coz hindi na daw pwede mag-land sa caticlan airport ng ganung time... they were all disgusted talaga kaya what my friend did, nagfile sya for petition.. nagpa-sign sya ng paper for petition and almost all passengers daw nag-sign kaya walang nagawa yung zestair management kungdi bigyan sila ng special treatment.. sinagot daw ng zest air yung dinner nila, fare nila from calibo to boracay, and free accomodation sila sa regency hotel boracay for 1 night... pero sabi nung fried ko baka if hindi daw sila nag-file for petition baka pamasahe lang daw ang sinagot ng zestair sa kanila...
and they dont even know kung bait delayed yung flight coz wala daw sinasabing reason ang zest air... buti na lang hindi sa amin nangyari yun.. mainipin pa naman ako... pero sana next time if ever na we'll take zestair for a trip sana hindi mangyari sa amin yung ganun...

^ ganon din ginawa naming passengers of tagbilaran nung may 28. we all signed a paper, kasi nga sa sobrang hassle na ginawa nila. 7am pa lang andun na halos lahat ng passengers kasi nga ang flight is supposed to be at 9am. tapos sabi delayed daw, mga 11am na nga daw. padelay delay hanggang sa cancelled.

pero wala kaming narinig na news about dun sa request na sagutin nila yung one-way ticket. sobrang hassle talaga. sayang yung one day.

ang napansin ko lang talaga is wala masyado delay yung flights going to caticlan. the other flights that day sobra na yung delay.

Naku...ang sad naman ng mga stories ninyo... i was planning pa naman to fly with zest air to boracay kasi nga ang laki ng mura compared to other airlines...pero nagdadalawang isip na ko. Nung una ang issue ko is safety...pero parang ang issue na ngayon is time...kung palaging delayed ang zest air....baka malugi sila nyan.
