Wow. We bought our Linksys wireless-N broadband router about two years ago. Back then, it was 6k. Pero abot yung signal hanggang sa garage sa labas ng bahay.

Just bought last weekend at CDR King for only 1.8K. So far, so good. We do not know how to set-up a password, though.

just wanna ask, kapag ba wireless router, i can use it sa laptop at phone via wlan? kasi pag nasa bahay, pag scan ako sa phone, 100% linksys. kaso may wep key. di ko alam wep key ng amin, i want to look via net, kaso needed ng username and password, eh wala naman ako idea. hehe!. eh lahat naman kami sa house, not that techie.. >.< pwede ba makasagap ng connection dito yung phone? tia!

^i wanna know din.  kasi  balak ko din imaximize ang lappy para surf anywhere sha... sayang naman ang bagong biling batteries...

my BIL bought a cdrking wifi router.  nasa 2nd floor ng house pero pwede ka mag surf downstairs.  concrete ang house,  abot naman ang signal sa ibaba.

ill check later yung model and his price.

how can i setup/change my my globe dsl wired modem to wifi router by myself?  globe might not allow it just like that iba kasi ang offer nila for wired modem and wifi router (mas mahal ang wifi router plan) im sure theres an easy way hehe pa share naman ng instructions.

^sis, we have a dsl wired modem from globe.. but because we wanted to set up a wireless network at home, we bought a belkin N router.. we just followed the instructions provided with the router.. and voila!! we have wi-fi already

^is TP-Link a good brand? paano po ba magset up ng password pag naka wi-fi?

usually nasa setup page, the webpage for configuring your wireless network.. for belkin, it's 192.168.2.1.. you just put it in like a url.. then it will bring up the setup page.. there's a section there to setup the password.. for linksys, ganon lang din, as far as i can remember.. im just not sure if you need to use a computer that is wired to the router to do this..

kainis yung Dlink lagi napuputol connection, we're using bayantel DSL..

We're using Linksys Wireless-G with our PLDT DSL. Super ok!
