^wifi routers are plug and play - plug it to your modem then configure and then you're good to go

I am using netgear, minsan okay minsan hindi Linksys is fine depende rin sa model

Got a D link DIR 300 wireless router for around 2.4k a few weeks ago.  I was able to set it up easily and so far I  haven't encountered any problems connecting other devices to my network.

I don't know what the best wireless router is pero marami ka puwede pagpilian na maayos naman gamitin.  I use or someone I know uses linksys, netgear, belkin (pero nagkaroon ng recall), d-link, cisco, and 3com.  all seem to work fine, including yung belkin na sinabi na ang actual throughput speed ay lower than advertised or claimed by the manufacturer.

also, don't forget  to configure your security settings, importante yan.

we just switched to linksys-WRT 54GS..lumang model..pero mas gusto ko ito kesa sa netgear

yes plug and play sya.. out of the box i just plug in everything then connect ok na...

but ouf course if you want it to be password protected you need to set it up but that easy since they have this web based interface

netgear yung wifi router sa house ng parents ko, sa megamall binili 2300 pero sa greenhills yung friend ko bumili 1800 lang...sayang nga 500 sana nagtry muna ko sa greenhills.

^ 5 months pa lang pero alam ko meron syang 1 year warranty.

kumporme talaga sa internet provider....dito kasi sa house namin were using d-link kasi eto lang yung pwede sa digitel, inadvisean kasi kami ng binilihan namin pero sa house ng parents ko netgear gamit nila pldt naman kasi sa kanila.
