Hi mga sis, nagpasa ako ng tourist application last November 14, 2012 ng complete requirements including my original passport, medical result, marriage cert, NBI clearance, and other supporting documents. It is stated to their website that if all the requirements are completed the normal process would take 28days only but until now I didn't receive any response from them. They are still holding my passport. How can I get my passport? My husband and I are planning to travel around Asia. Nag aalala na ko kc its been 7months na kong waiting. I will really appreciate ur response. Thank u in advance Godbless!

Bakit ganun katagal, nag follow up ka ba? Diba for tourist around 10 - 15 working days. You have to make a phone call now.

mga sis ngayon ko lang ito nalaman ah as in today! depende pala sa airlines ang pwede mong dalhin na bagahe. like for example air canada isang luggage lang ang allowed pero may ibang ailines na 2 pwede so just be aware lang.

^ advisable sya. tsaka pick up and return service na rin sya. Php 500

tsaka mabilis lang lalo na pag approve. In 10 days nadeliver na ulit samin pabalik yung passport.

Mga sis please help me on my tourist visa application. May bf is a canadian and he wants me and my daughter
to come and visit him by October. May business siya dun and may mga properties din siya. Ano anong mga papers kelangna
niya ibigay para sa documents na kelangn. Kasi daratin siya uli next week gusto niya dala niya na daw lahat ng kelangan
na papers para mapasa na namin daw. On our side naman I work in call center more than 4 yrs na, daughter ko currently enrolled

hi for your profile, signed invitation letter, photocopy of his passport/pr card, and if he's the one who will pay for your trip, proof of income like payslip, bank certificates, etc. all other requirements for temporary resident or as we call it visitor's visa, visit their official websites:

im no visa officer but your profile doesn't look good, no work and no savings. they need proof that the visitors they will allow into their country won't work and stay illegally. kahit kamag-anak mo gagastos para sayo, you still need proof of economic ties in the philippines. the invitation letter is just a supplementary requirement but not the main one. of course it won't hurt to try, malay natin diba. you can download and print the application form from the websites i supplied above. and walang interview for canadian visa, ipapadala mo lang passport and other docs by courier. good luck:)

Hi sissies I'd like to apply for a CA tourist visa before the year ends. The ones to send me the invite would be my half brother's relatives and they'll be taking care of my board and lodging.ano kaya chance ko if I am:

Single
Employed for 3yrs in a multinational company
One recent travel (asia)
An old travel experience Sydney but it was still when I was 9 and my passport and documents got lost
No properties

I plan to only stay there for two weeks.

^Sis, I don't mean to discourage you ha... pero sa palagay ko made-deny ka. Canadian pa pala ang asawa mo.

I also went to Canada last year kasi nandun husband ko. Wala talagang interview pag tourist visa but since my husband is a PR, pinatawag talaga ako sa embassy. The visa officer (a Caucasian female) really scrutinized my documents. Chineck talaga ang ties ko sa Pinas. May business kami and I really had so many documents. Also, wala ring red flag sa relationship namin. Parehas kaming Pinoy saka talagang sampung taon na ang relationship namin.

Marami din akong nabasa dati na malaki talaga ang chance na ma-deny sa tourist visa pag taga-doon ang asawa. I suggest sis na ayusin nyo na lang agad yung PR application mo. In less than a year, makakasunod ka na sa husband mo.

And yes, kailangan ng NSO certificate. Pero kung aayusin mo application nyo, pwede na siguro muna yung Certified True Copy ng marriage contract. Medyo matagal talaga bago lumabas ang NSO eh.

Hindi ka naman kailangang maghintay ng 6 months for the authenticated marriage certificate. Pwedeng ipa-expedite yan. Punta ka lang kung saan kayo na-register tapos tell them you need it expedited. Ang gagawin lang nila ipapadala nila agad yun sa NSO via courier. I can not remember kung ako nagbayad noon pero malamang you have to. Then ask them kung kailan mo pwede makuha yung authenticated copy (nakalimutan ko na kasi kung gaano katagal kasi more than 10 years na yun eh). Your best bet is just to wait until you get your proper visa para hindi ka na pabalik-balik. Isa pa, in case they need more documents eh nasa Pilipinas ka para ayusin. Don't even think about coming here via tourist visa and then overstay. It might jeopardize your visa application.

Not sure if you know pero binago ng immigration ang spousal sponsorship visa. During my time, as soon as you land Canada ay permanent resident ka na agad. Ngayon, may two year conditional ang visa meaning if the marriage fall apart, you will have to go back.

Hi mga sis, meron ba kayo mairerefer na travel agency para magprocess ng lahat ng documents for visit visa to canada? I presume mas malaki ang chance na magrant ang rapplication ko if ipapadaan ko na lang sa agency.. gusto na kasi ng hubby ko makasunod sa kanya nabitin sa honeymoon namin dito sa pinas  . any tips po? thanks..

^ Nope, misconception na mas malaki ang chance na ma-grant pag may agency. Yung documents na isa-submit mo ang magma-matter. You don't need an agency kung ok ang documents mo, lahat naman ng instructions makikita sa website.

Hello. May question po ako. Gusto ko sana mgtanong regarding to this thread.. I want to apply for a Tourist Visa. bale, sponsor ko po is yong boyfriend ng mother ko. mkakapasa ba ako sa Visa pag ganito? may sufficient funds naman ako sa bank and my company allowed me to go have a leave for 1 month. Wala nga lang akong assets like land titles, etc. and i am just 22yrs old. but i am working in my company for 2 years already.
