indoors lang din dogs ko kasi we don't have a lawn. fortunately may park right across the street so they can play on the grass

for their food, sis abuanddiego is right (by the way sis, i notice you also use your pets' names sa username

), you don't need to be a cooking master. I just chop everything, add a bit of water and oil, nothing else, and steam it for around 15 minutes. Don't add salt or any seasoning because its bad for the dogs. if you want to add more flavor, try spices like cinnamon or ginger.
thankful talaga ako that i switched to home-cooking. i haven't gone to the vet except for their yearly shots. Hindi na masyado nabubutas wallet ko, hehe. And i can see that my dogs really do enjoy their food not like before with kibbles na parang hesitant sila kumain.
sis rinapie, i'm guessing you only have one dog? kasi ganyan din ako dati when i only had one dog. super picky siya with food but when the other three came along her appetite completely changed. so i guess you need to adopt another one? hehe joke lang

try mo muna pick a few ingredients and see what he/she wants. a choice of meat, 1 or 2 veggies, and a tiny bit of rice. try adding a bit of chicken liver, my dogs love it. - not too much though. trial and error lang.
for tick prevention, i use frontline spray now kasi i find the tube type a bit too expensive. a P400
+ tube is only single use, lasts around a month, and i have 4 dogs so kahit i divide ko one vial for two dogs ( as suggested by my vet) 2 vials pa rin per month. the spray bottle is less than P700 and can last for months. it's milder, allows for multiple applications within a month if needed pag na wash off siya from bathing your dogs

good for spot application too. just place a cotton bud directly on the nozzle and pump once to moisten the tip and spot apply mo sa ticks. around an hour or two, the little buggers will fall off and die. very gratifying pag na aannoyed ka na sa mga garapata, hehe
